Amazing tour! A must see! The park experience was beautiful and unique. The Familia Sagrada is breath taking and was brought to life with Roberto’s passion and insight.
Great tour. There were 6 in total at Parc Gruell and 14 at the church. Nice size as I saw several groups that were much larger. The guide was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Park Güell and Sagrada Família were amazing. Tour guide was informative. We were on a small group tour with 17. These areas I would definitely recommend to visit as both were beautiful. The bus that was supposed to pick us up from Park Güell but was in an accident. At first we were told it would be a little late like 10 minutes. We waited more than an hour for another bus to come get us. Should have been honest and said they had to find another bus. Not the tour guide’s fault but wherever they were getting information to pass along to us. We had 2 tour groups on one bus. Tour guides were going to put us in taxis had it not arrived right before it did.

We actually booked that tour through Viator using the same link as some Friends so we didn't realize our meeting spot was different from the group. When we realized it and messaged the tour person they told Me I wouldn't make it to the first part of the tour and I had to Wait at the meeting spot for the second half. Which of course didn't start at the halfway mark time wise but did end at the four hour mark. I felt like I could have made it to the first part and looked for the group and even though I was late you could have been more accommodating and helpful.

The tours itself were good, but there were a few things beyond the tour guide's control that made the experience less than ideal. First, there was confusion over the tickets to Parque Guell and the tour company office that delayed our entry to the park. Second, and really unacceptably, was that the bus was delayed in transporting us to La Sagrada Familia by over an hour. Apparently the first bus got stuck on its way and we had to wait for another. This caused the tour to run long and interrupt our evening plans. We received a text from the tour company saying this situation was outside of their control and thus offering no reasonable compensation or accommodation. But the tour company did contract for the bus so should be held responsible - after all, part of the ticket price was for the bus. Also, the tour guides were trying to get permission for us to take taxis instead of the bus but the office would not allow it, thus furthering a delay that could have been easily mitigated. Finally, the bus does not park all that close to La Sagrada Familia when you get there. I recommend the tours on their own but not with this transportation situation between the two sites.
