Easy to line up and get inside with your ticket. Lots to look at across multiple galleries from art to sculptures and there is information next to the art pieces telling you more if you don't get the audio guide.
This was a great ticket and allowed us to see the museum on a sold out day. This pass was perfect for a last minute traveler! If you follow the instructions you will receive the tickets easily.
The permanent paintings on display and sculptures are in excellent viewing spaces. The museum itself is a beautiful and spacious museum. The Renoir exhibition was absolutely stunning. It was an excellent exhibition, displaying many of his finest works. Whoever set this up did an excellent job.
Musée d'Orsay is one of my favorite museums to visit. The collections of paintings and sculptures, the actual building, views from the museum, the café, all contribute to making the day at the museum incredibly special. This isn't a tour but just tickets to help bypass a long line if there is one. You can go to the musem and purchase tickets directly, as well.
Our guide was exceptionally knowledgable and that greatly added to our appreciation of the art and the entire experience. As art novices, we can get overwhelmed in museums like this, but this visit was great because of the guided decisions made and the details of the various paintings and other works that our guide shared with us. The only struggle we had was with the meet-up point as the explanation provided was not entirely clear (i.e. there was no rhinoceros, which is where we were supposedly supposed to meet)
Had to buy tickets from an outside source as none available from the museum. You pay higher price but the tickets arrive and work so it was worth the expense.
Great Museum! A Paris must see. Couldn't buy tickets from the museum direct, so I used Viator. Got there early and was inside in less than 15 minutes.
Tickets delivered on time ensuring quick and easy museum access. This museum is well worth a visit when in Paris.
Beautiful exhibits. Clean. Easy to navigate.
If this had been in the UK it would probably have been free entry so they’re off to a bad start s far as I’m concerned. Very poorly sign posted internally and indeed externally regardless of language used. I expected to find the paintings of each artist together but other than eg Renoir that wasn’t the case. Extremely crowded although it’s early holiday / vacation season so I didn’t expect it to be quiet Nevertheless it was uncomfortable to see the least trying to squeeze between other visitors. I certainly wouldn’t go again but I only have a passing interest in the Impressionists. Long queues for the restaurant and cafe. Toilets acceptable but very poorly signposted. Queues for the ladies facilities. For those who are art lovers it’s a must but be prepared for an uncomfortable visit where air conditioning seems to be set for visitors from tropical climates. Very few if any staff ever visible to give help. The audio guide which can be rented isn’t worth faffing around with. It’s cumbersome and very poorly thought out. Even the shops were very poorly staffed and incredibly poorly stocked. On the whole it looks as if it’s designed by an artist whose primary concern was that the inside of the building looked creative rather than being designed to be for the purpose for which it was intended I.e. to educate, entertain and inform the visitors. It’s as if they know that ‘people will come’ regardless of how badly they do it.
