Diese spielerische und Gourmet-Tour beinhaltet 7 Verkostungen. Während der Tour nehmen Ihre Kinder an einer Schatzsuche teil, um den nächsten Laden zu entdecken, in dem Sie einige der besten französischen Köstlichkeiten probieren können: Macarons, Karamell und verschiedene Schokoladensorten! Zu Beginn betreten Sie die älteste Schokoladenfabrik in Paris. Außerdem sind Macarons an der Tagesordnung. Die nächste Entdeckung betrifft eine französische Spezialität, aus der Sie alle Köstlichkeiten zubereiten können, sei es Süßigkeiten, Marmelade oder Sahne: Karamell mit gesalzener Butter. Zu Beginn betritt die ganze Familie das älteste Schokoladengeschäft von Paris. Das Schaufenster ist so schön, wie die ausgewählten Pralinen lecker sind. Weiter unten sind Macarons angebracht. Ihre Kinder wählen aus fünfzehn Sorten die gewünschte Geschmacksrichtung aus, denn kleine Feinschmecker können echte Genießer sein. Entdecken Sie als nächstes das Viertel Odéon, wo sich alles um eine französische Spezialität dreht, mit der Sie jeden Leckerbissen zubereiten können, sei es Süßigkeiten, Marmelade oder Sahnefüllung: Karamell mit gesalzener Butter. Sie werden einige dieser Karamellrezepte genießen, bevor Sie sich wieder der Schokolade zuwenden. Abwechselnd besuchen Sie zwei außergewöhnliche Schokoladenfabriken. Das erste zeigt eine große Auswahl an sorgfältig zubereiteten Schokoladenmousses. Absolut umwerfend! Mousse sind ein Fest für den Mund, aber auch die Verpackung der Riegel ist ein Augenschmaus. Highly recommended! Arina was an amazing guide — so friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to spend time with. We loved trying places and treats we never would have found on our own, and it was great to learn more about the area along the way. It was a wonderful experience for our whole family and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We would love to do another!
We had an amazing time on our tour. We learned things, we ate snacks - our 9 and 13 year old were engaged the whole time and even discovered new favorite foods in France.
Marcella from Meet the Locals made the sweets tour through the St Germain area so fun! She took us to many beautiful specialty shops while tellins us about the foods and the charming area. We were able to try delicious treats like chocolates, caramels, macarons, hot chocolate, crepes, meringue cakes and unique jams during as blind tasting visit to a very elegant jam shop. The experience was very memorable, and I would highly recommend Meet the Locals. Their communication, organized planning details and tour guide were fabulous!

Tifenn was delightful! She felt like a longtime family friend. She’d done her homework and knew all 6 of our names right off the bat. We have 4 kids, ages 6 through 15 and Tifenn kept them all engaged and involved. It was a highlight to our trip to Paris! Just make sure you show up hungry!
Highly recommend this company! The booking process was easy - Dominique was super responsive and helpful with questions we had. Our guide Nathalie was so amazing we would have hung out with her all day if she let us ;-) She gave us the most exquisite tour of the Marais area visiting patisseries, chocolatiers and other tasty surprises, telling us stories about Paris and more along the way. We loved every minute of our time with her (my husband, myself and our 12 yr old daughter) Would definitely use them again in the future!

Wow! This was so much more than we expected. A highlight of our trip. Tifenn, our guide, took us and our kids (11 and 13) to about 7 different places and 7 unique treats. It took about 2 hours and the walking was in a small area. Tifenn was a great storyteller giving us the history of the treats and the stores. A highlight of our trip!
Our tour was fantastic. We went to 7 different spots, and learned the history of the area while eating delicious treats. Our host was knowledgeable and personable, and even kept our kids engaged for the entirety of the tour. We would do this again!
This was a fun and engaging experience. We learned some fun food and Parisian history while enjoying some yummy treats. Nathalie was very friendly, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. I enjoyed how she interacted directly with our 12 year old son to get him more engaged with the experience. This was certainly a fun way to experience Paris and create some unique family memories.
Meet the Locals is THE BEST tour company in Europe!! Our family has been a client of Meet the Locals for the last 7-8 years, since we first started to travel to France with our children at age 3 and 5. (They are now 10 and 12). Their entire team is absolutely amazing and have created so many memories for us – private tours of the Louvre, Versailles, Musee D’Orsay, sweets tours in St. Germain, the Tower of London, and others. We finished our holiday trip in Paris with a sweets tour in Le Marais with Amy, who gave us a wonderful day strolling through Le Marais, learning about its architecture and history while tasting a variety of delicious Parisian sweets.
