Absolutely amazing food was beautiful and you were able to go up at anytime to see the view. I recommend the 8:45pm cruise as you see all the main attractions on your way back at night in full spectacular lighting the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. Service was amazing very attentive and friendly, always happy to help. A shout out to the captain for letting us in the cabin and the photographer who took some amazing pics of my family I highly recommend+++ recommend 8:45pm x

Wonderful experience on the Siene River! It was so great to see Paris at night from the top of the boat! Dinner was very good and we had a great night!

The views along the Seine and the boat itself were lovely, but unfortunately the service made this a very disappointing experience. From the beginning, our server, Nelson, seemed extremely distracted and visibly frustrated about something unrelated to our table. He was huffing and puffing, repeatedly showing his annoyance, and was texting on his phone while taking our order—to the point that we had to repeat parts of it MULTIPLE times because he wasn’t paying attention. We purchased a package that included drinks like water, coffee, and dessert wine, but rather than making sure we received what was included, Nelson added several of those items as additional charges to our bill. I had to flag this for the manager at the end of the cruise, who then explained to our server that those items were already included in our package. We also never received the dessert wine that was included, although they did ultimately apply its value toward the wine we ordered with dinner. The service throughout dinner was equally frustrating. Our bottles of wine sat out for at least 20 minutes before it was finally brought to our table, despite us being able to see it waiting to be served. When it arrived, our server spilled red wine on the table and bottle, and I ended up cleaning the bottle myself. Later, during dessert service, he spilled part of my dessert onto me and then spilled all of the syrup from my pineapple across the table directly in front of my lap. There was no apology and no attempt to clean it up. I completely understand that things happen and that people have bad days, but this was unacceptable service from start to finish. There were no apologies, no real attempts to correct the issues, and we only received what we had actually paid for after I spoke up at the end. The overall operation also felt poorly managed. The boat departed late, service was extremely slow throughout the cruise, and we were still being served dessert after the boat had already docked at the end of the evening. I would absolutely recommend doing a dinner cruise on the Seine—the views at night are beautiful and it’s a great way to experience Paris—but based on our experience, I would recommend choosing a different company.

A very pleasant evening on a very comfortable river cruise boat. The crew and restaurant staff were very efficient and professional and the meal very enjoyable. The boat had an upper deck which was a very pleasant place to be after the meal to enjoy the views. We had a table for 2 of us on the side of the boat so that could not be faulted. All in all a very very nice evening and a memorable experience.

TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!! That’s us the wrong location. We ended up running and sweating to get there on time and the boat was full. Wouldn’t answer me when I verbally asked what their deal was and why I got no email indicating the marina change. UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT happy!!!!!

Night cruise was wonderful experience. Dinner and view was great.

Booked for 8.15 Capitaine Fracasse. This got cancelled with 4 hours notice by email with ambiguous message about an alternative time , then another email that departure location changed , and ended up on the sister boat Paris Scene. Should have realised when we arrived at the location at dodgy part of the river. Got some food and a cruise but it’s not the gourmet experience it claims to be . The included wine never appeared , My family of 5 could not sit together . Starving kids finally got some mushy peas with a sprinkling of smoked salmon at 10.30pm Felt like something organised by The Aporentice ..let’s cut cost here , here and here . Felt sorry for staff who worked really hard and photographer was great . Just avoid and go on B Mouche instead , it’s far superior

Everything perfectly organized and a great meal. An absolutely successful experience.

They do not board at 7:30 as listed. They board exactly at departure time of 8:15. No benches to sit so don’t be early or I guess on time. Food was great and service once you get started is good. When you get on the beginning service can be a tad slow which is understandable since everyone boards at once. If they did start boarding at the time they list this would fix both issues. Great food though and a good value compared to others.

Just be sure to wait for the boat it usually comes in late to the location where you're supposed to be picked up but other than that not a problem everything was smooth and the food was good
