Parasailing Touren Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria

Every member of team we're friendly, happy and fun! My family which was a 2 adults, 5yr old, 7yr old and 9yr old absolutely loved it. Perfect memories for us all amd plenty of pictures taken by the company! Definitely recommend!

Great , well looked after and lovely staff

Simple as: We paid for 12mins according to the website, got like 3-4mins total, we were being rushed and shouted at by two shirtless men with their underwear sticking out of the shorts the entire time who simply called everyone "family" (it was 3 couples and one actual family, this caused major confusion when he would just shout family and beckon us angry that we were not moving faster as we all tried to figure out who he meant.) Another lady asked if she could get photos and she was refused so all of us strangers instead offered to take photos and videos of eachother, and then when it was me and my partner's turn I asked "how do you even know which of us have paid for the 150m (listed on the website as a 10min stay in the air) or the 300m (listed as 12mins)" as i was confused as there didn't seem to be any way they could have communicated this because we had to literally jump onto a second boat seperate from who we paid and nobody on the second boat asked our names. He didn't even look at me and said "yeah I'll tell him" and then just sent us up without another second to waste. We were up for maybe 4mins as I mentioned (I did have my watch on me, it didn't just feel shorter) and then when we got pulled down I thought he was going to dip our legs in as he did with someone before us but I'm assuming he got mad at me pointing out their con and dipped me and my partner down until we were up to our hips in water and dragged us across the surface, twisting us around and jerking us about. We then got pulled back onboard soaked wet and shouted at again to take off our lifejacket and harness and then they tried pulling back in the parachute and ended up dropping it in the water, a perfect metaphor for our experience thus far. They proceeded to argue the entire time back to the pier (we would have had to jump boats again if it wasn't for their mistake) and as we neared one of the two boys, the driver, has the gaul to turn to us and say "did we enjoy ourselves family?" All of us on the boat just looked at eachother, I think the mom on the boat gave a sort of thumbs up and I started laughing. It's an outright scam, let's just be honest. Parasailing can be a lovely experience, find somewhere else to do it.

We had our parasailing cancelled as we were on the boat at sea waiting due to the weather. That’s understandable as safety is the priority. However, when trying to get a refund we were met with hostility and aggression from the staff who refused to give us the full cost back. After pleading for an hour and being met with further disrespect from the boss we were ushered away and lost out on €20. The customer service is awful at this company and expect to be met with intimidation tactics and threats if you challenge them.

We decided to book the parasailing this morning totally out of the blue. My youngest daughter said she wanted to do it aswell. This surprised me s she's only 6. We got picked up from the beach where we booked the trip. Then taken to the marina where tge boat was. We were given clear instructions on what to expect and it was a perfect day for it. We headed out and myself and my daughter were first up. We were given a selfie stick with a camera on to record our sail. Everything was absolutely brilliant, the captain was amazing and his deck hand equally brilliant from stat to finish. The captain also let my 6 yr old drive the boat for a min or do which was fantastic. I really can recommend these guys enough. Absolutely brilliant definitely definitely book it if you are in the area. Neil and Rosalie Burrett

Could have been a lot of fun but the guy on the boat spoiled the experience. We were not allowed to sail fast, had to stay behind and close to the boat otherwise you got the wind from him. Had to pose for pictures more than I had fun sailing. And I don't like people yelling at me. Especially if nothing's wrong.

This is was booked and initially started as it should have, with all life jackets and harnesses before we board the boat that had a chute attached. We were then told there was ‘no captain’ on the boat so we could not parasail with them and had to go to Port Mogan. We were taken out on boat then had to transfer to a rubber dingy then to the next boat. I think there were 4-5 sets of flights ( in 1s,2sand 3s). Some photos were taken by the other boat crew. We returned in the same manner transferred onto rubber dingy then back to original team. My son said we were back in just about an hour, so we actually had very little time in flight! The flight itself was lovely on a clear sunny day but was very short.

Fantastic experience! While parasailing counts as an extreme thing, it may be one of the most calm ones: up in the air the view is beautiful and you just sit, relax and enjoy the ride with a mild breeze in your face. Actually sitting on the boat before or after the flight is more "rocky" due to the waves. I highly recommend trying it out and the staff was very friendly and supporting.

Exciting, fun action. Travelled with 2 children of 7 and 10 years old. Booked tour the day before and met up at the place where the boat had its base. Got an introduction into what was going to happen and help to get on floating vest and seal. Professional and pleasant service on land and in the boat. The paraseil itself was awesome. Aerial tour with fantastic views of the area. Feel safe even if one comes high up in the air. Nothing for those with height fear. But recommended for everyone else. This became a memory for life, both for adults and children. Will do this again at a later occasion. Recommended😎👍
