Ich habe im September 2014 mit dem Gleitschirmfliegen begonnen. Vom ersten Flug an wusste ich, dass dies mehr als ein Hobby und meine Leidenschaft werden würde. Seitdem habe ich mein ganzes Leben dem Gleitschirmfliegen gewidmet und 2430 Flüge und 1400 Flüge gesammelt Stunden in 5 Jahren. Ich habe an verschiedenen Wettbewerben teilgenommen und bin in Ländern wie Kolumbien, Ecuador, Mexiko, der Türkei, Indien, Österreich, Nepal, Thailand, Frankreich, Italien, den Niederlanden, Schweden, Slowenien, Norwegen, Spanien und Dänemark geflogen. Es ist mir eine große Freude, meine Leidenschaft als Passagiere mit anderen Menschen zu teilen und ich liebe es, mit ihnen zu fliegen. Ich wurde im Juli 1984 in Zermatt geboren, meine Familie ist seit vielen Generationen hier, daher habe ich große Kenntnisse der lokalen Kultur und Natur. Reisen ist ein sehr wichtiger Teil meines Lebens und ich bin bisher in 58 Länder gereist. Ich spreche fließend Deutsch, Französisch, Englisch und Spanisch.

We went paragliding with Zermatt Paragliding December 2025. Michael and Thierry were wonderful guides; taking care of us and making us all comfortable with the process from start to finish. They made sure we had a good morning with perfect weather for our flight; and it was truly amazing experience. They were patient and took time to take plenty of pictures (even if those of us not flying:) You could tell they loved being on the mountain and sharing their knowledge as well as the natural beauty of the area. Thank you for such a wonderful flight!!!

We had an incredible experience! It was beautiful and such a fun, unique way to see the Matterhorn and alps. We were glad we waited until Zermatt to do paragliding.
The paragliding flight was absolutely wonderful for my wife and me ! Our two pilots were absolute professionals, and safety was paramount - and so was pleasure. I'd keep repeating that, it was so nice. But now the downside - booking via Tripadvisor is significantly more expensive than if we had booked the two flights directly through the provider on site. We are not talking here about a few euros, but about a three-digit euro amount.
Hallo Oliver, Es freut mich dass dir und deiner Frau die Flüge gefallen haben. Es ist richtig dass es günstiger ist wenn man direkt bei uns bucht, dies hängt damit zusammen dass wir Tripadvisor eine Komisson von 22% bezahlen wenn die Kunden über das Buchungsportal buchen. We paraglided with Zermatt Paragliding and couldn’t recommend them enough. We scheduled it for the first day of our trip but due to wind conditions we couldn’t paraglide that day. Thankfully Michael helped us reschedule to later in the week to ensure we were still able to go. He kept us updated about the weather conditions for our rescheduled date. The experience was unique and thrilling. We felt safe and trusting of the Zermatt Paragliding team. The views were spectacular.
He was so sweet I had the best experience. The process was so smooth , he explained everything and any fear I had disappeared.
My two daughters kept talking about the paragliding as soon as we got to Zermatt, so we decided to go for it. They were very helpful with answering questions, and extremely easy to work with. They explained everything to my 16- and 18-year-old and answered all of their questions while we headed up the mountain. The pilots gave them options also on direction to fly and views. Both of my girls thought it was absolutely amazing, and would definitely do it again.
Fantastic views, not scary at all. Michael has fine this over 3,660 times, and is a descendant of one of the members of the first party to reach tge Metterhorn summit, so this is in his blood. Arrangements are convenient
Our guide/pilot was excellent. Besides being very knowledgeable of the area, he was very competent and a skilled pilot. You felt very safe. We were provided with a wind suit and boots. We saw other groups at the mountain top in sneakers and underdressed. I highly recommend Zermatt Paragliding. Stephen H.
