Our guide was Max and we found him to be very knowledgeable, and very interesting. We weren't expecting all the stories and little-known facts, so Max really added a great deal to the experience. Even if you are not particularly religious, the Vatican is a fascinating spectacle and for us, a wonderful experience to see Pope Leo from a good viewpoint.

The group was large but well organized. Getting to the audience so early allowed us to obtain good seats and the guide was very knowledgeable about the Pope, the history of the Vatican, and knew exactly where to seat us.

Our tour guide Laura went above and beyond in helping me make my dream come true, and for that I am forever thankful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This was an incredible experience! Our tour guide, Max, was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Everything was amazing!

Sabrina was a good guide however the operator missed the mark. I signed up for a three hour tour and the seats we had were very good. The issue I have is I was expecting three hours. I knew I would have to leave early for a tour into the Vatican Museum for 9:30. When we arrived at our seats we were told the Pope would not come out until 11:00 am. A disclosure in the description would be much more helpful so visitors can plan accordingly.

It was amazing !! Max (our tour guide) was so knowledgeable and gave everything of himself to ensure that the experience exceeded all expectations. His stories and interaction kept our attention for the duration - not to mention the great seats !!

Meeting location easy to find. We took the Metro to Ottaviano station. Direct walk to the bar where we met. Had to meet around 0630. Guide found good seats near the path the Pope used to greet the Pope. It was very hot The experience was wonderful.

Our tour guide was very friendly and she gave a lot of great information. I learned a lot about Pope Francis and some about Pope Leo. She held our group back several times to talk on the side which made several of those in our group anxious because we got out of the main line a couple times and people would cut in front of us because she kept telling us to stay to the side. Our seats were fine but towards the back originally. We then ended up moving away from the group to get better seats that were closer. It would have been nice if she communicated that the pope drives all around and to just stay closer to edges because we would’ve been fine being in the back if we knew that ahead of time. Overall good experience.

We upgraded our booking of the papal audience tour to be semi private to accommodate our mum and her wheelchair. Thrilled with this decision. Our guide was Laura. Laura was knowledgeable, local, and confident with 20yrs experience, yet was still passionate and genuinely supportive of our group of 3 to have an impactful and educational first time experience to see Pope Leo & was also an advocate for other wheelchair users in them gaining access to the designated wheelchair viewing space. Laura was highly knowledgeable about the best access points for mums wheelchair. We were placed very close to where the pope drove past and the pope stopped right in front of us. Absolutely thrilled for our devout catholic mother.

Started early in the morning. Our tourist guide Irene Amedeo was very informative throughout. She was very funny. Made the whole experience interesting. Got amazing seats in the basilica. Highly recommend.
