Excellent family day out kids and adults equally had as much fun
Brilliant day out , staff do well and keep the que’s as short as possible, foods really good, discounts on entry and food when purchased online when booking and also you have the option of a 2nd visit half price 10/10 from me
Fantastic day great value for money and excellent food.
There are plenty of sunbeds for everyone. There are lots of different eateries dotted around the park to cater for different tastes. The inflatable rides are very good and the queues weren't too long when we went. The lazy river can get congested at times. It was a very enjoyable day and a change from the sunbed and pool.

We had a great day and really loved this waterpark. The slide running into the lazy river was the best. As others have said, it gets very hot and the floor is burning so you need pool socks - we brought some there. We got there as soon as it opened and got sunbeds in the shade easily. My son had Chinese food at lunch which was lovely but quite slow service.

For the price, this is a really good water park. We had a great time out with our family and kids. Lots of slides. The park has a nice compact layout with a lot of stuff to do but in an easy, small radius. As others have mentioned, the floor gets hot, so bring socks or some water shoes. G

A fantastic day with all the family / ample sunbeds great rides so good we booked to go back a week later- get a deal for that when you leave

Visited the watepark with family. The facilities are great, although can be a bit cramped on busy days, but this is expected during peak summertime! The younger staff members however have very poor attitudes. Whilst queing for drinks, I witnessed the two young girls working at the Wave Bar mess up an order, and proceeded to call the customers "confused". They were laughing, arguing, and even called them 'Malakas', thinking that they could not speak the language. One of them even started vaping under their shirt! I was shocked at this behaviour and looked for a higher member of staff to report this to, but there were was no one around. I have been to many waterparks in Cyprus, and would argue that Fasouri in Limassol is much much better!

We take any complaint regarding staff behaviour seriously, and the original incident has already been brought to the attention of our management team for investigation. However, repeatedly posting reviews about the same incident from different accounts can give readers the impression that several separate incidents occurred, which is not the case. We are pleased that you found the waterpark facilities enjoyable and we fully understand that peak summer days can be busy. Regarding the behaviour described at the Wave Bar, this is not the standard we expect from our employees and it is being addressed internally. We welcome genuine feedback, whether positive or negative, as it helps us improve. Really enjoyed it there. There's a lot of slides and activities, we didn't have a problem to find a place to sit. The only issue was that it was really hot and sunny the day we visited and while walking with no shoes after going down the slide, feet were burning when walking on the stoned floor. Watering it time to time would help I think.

During the hottest summer days, some outdoor surfaces can become extremely warm under the Cyprus sun. Your suggestion about cooling the walkways more regularly is appreciated and will be shared with our operations team. We also recommend water shoes or swimming socks during particularly hot weather.
