Had a hard time finding the person for the tickets
They did not have our skip the line tickets purchased in October, so we had to queue anyway. I still have not received a refund.

No ticket, nobody there to give me ticket .Terrible service This the third time this has happened. Never notified
We received an email the day before the date of the visit informing us that our visit was cancelled, that we could postpone (this was not possible in our case) by contacting them. Except that the email was a "noreply", no such number. The person on site told us that he was marking for the refund request but received nothing. I left a message in “contact” to be refunded, no reply.
Prompt tour representative. Nice, short line amid 100s of people. We enjoyed an hour- long linger, observing the beautiful art and sculpture.
We paid for skip the line tickets yet were forced to stand in the VERY LONG line to enter. The tour representative we met went and spoke to the lady, seemed like she was not giving in and the representative just walked away and left us to stand in the line. Very disappointing service.
Not really a skip the line, still had to join the very big queue but did get through with the tickets. Glad we did, as pantheon is very impressive. Good audio guide.
So disappointed. On arrival the company rep arrived and demanded an extra €15 per person - 4 people (€60). This was on top of the €40 already paid!! This was for a guided tour. Only accepting cash as his payment system couldn’t accept all the various cards we owned!!! The tour guide then spoke for 10 mins about other tours he offered - golf buggies etc etc. he took us inside told us how to get the best selfie. Tour over. A total of €100 what a rip off. First time been disappointed with this operator as used them all over the world. What a rip off
Tour guide did not show up and no one contacted us about a cancellation. We were unable to do the tour. We are still waiting on a refund.
