Wir werden verschiedene Stopps auf dem Montjuic machen, der 1992 Olympiagelände war. Beim ersten Stopp steigen wir in die Montjuic-Seilbahn ein, von der aus wir einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Barcelona haben. Wir kommen am Schloss Montjuic vorbei, von wo aus wir eine Reise in die Vergangenheit unternehmen und einen Teil der Geschichte der Stadt entdecken können. Bis heute werden ihre Holzschnitzereien in der Klosterkirche aufbewahrt, die Sie besichtigen können. Aufgrund einer Lackreaktion wird die Figur im Volksmund La Moreneta (Schwarze Madonna) genannt.

Buyer beware! They will leave you if you are one minute late and not offer you a refund and charge you double the price to reschedule! Poor communication period! And they are hard to find, don’t answer their phone, and aren’t in the office during the hours of operation posted. Very unprofessional!

It is necessary to point out that on the website where you completed your reservation, it is advised that arriving late means losing the tour. We can see in our system that you requested to modify your reservation less than 24h before the tour. Hello, I want to share my experience with the customer service of Julia Travel, located in Carrer de Sardenya, Barcelona. Today I went with my family to consult for the excursion to Montserrat, as a very friendly girl from the Cito Tour Barcelona group recommended us to come to this office to hire her there. Unfortunately, from the first moment we were treated by a girl with glasses with very bad disposition, with no intention of helping or providing adequate care. His way of responding was impolite and unprofessional, which generates anger and much distress, especially in a position whose main objective is precisely customer service. This is not about not knowing the information — because that can happen — but about the attitude with which people are treated. Luckily, my family and I have a good temper and try to always keep the cool, but honestly this kind of deal can ruin anyone's day. It is a shame, because this type of attitude makes the whole company look bad and also causes the loss of customers and money. I fully understand that we can all have a bad day; I work in public service myself. But that’s precisely why I think that when you choose to work with the client, you should know how to handle those situations without venting the bad mood on others. Hopefully those who supervise can talk to this person and improve the situation. Attention occurred today; she was a young woman located at the first care post, who did not want to identify , located on the left side when entering, facing the offices. Very confuseing at pick up point what to do and not to go. The bus was not very good as sevaral was not good. Only reclimimg position so it was a problem fro several guest. Guide at Montserrat was very confusing and we only get the half info. The day before we use Amigo travel to Andorra and it was perfect

Cooperators spoke in English and Spanish for the preferred all English difficult to hear at times and accent was very heavy
We were booked for the Girona tour and we didn't know it was cancelled. The ladies as mentioned in several reviews in Get Your Guide are extremely rude. Always saying they don't know ask someone else. A small girl w blonde hair was shouting and being intensely rude. After being rude to me, she started talking badly about me to her colleague in Spanish thinking I didn't understand. When I told her I understood, she said she didnt care. She even called a security to threaten me. I have read several reviews about these ladies in Get Your Guide and I watched them shouting at several customers. She didn't stop until her colleagues told her to. Never apologized after. However, our tour guides Valeria and her colleague were great. The tour was very organised. We learned a lot from her and enjoyed seeing Montserrat.

Regarding your comments about our staff, we do understand the frustration you must have felt when, upon arrival at the Girona tour, our staff informed you that we had contacted you regarding the tour not being available, as you realized when they informed you. I would like to inform you that taking pictures of the staff at their workplace is illegal in Spain, as it is announced in the office. Nevertheless, we are glad that even though you insisted on recording the staff, security wasn't necessary, and the situation was de-escalated. Best regards
The views were amazing. I took a lot of photos, we enjoyed the picturesque landscape. I would like to thank Sarah, our guide and Jordi, our driver. They were very lovely. I learned a lot from Sarah about the history of Montserrat. We enjoyed the train going up. I love the little present from Sara after the tour. I would highly recommend Julia travels.
Get ready for a LONG day, but worth every minute and penny. Montserrat is one of of the most beautiful and historic locations in Spain. Guides are top-notch in every aspect.
Two reasons for our poor review. One…they included both English and Spanish speaking customers thus everything needed to be said in both English and Spanish. This lead to delays and then being rushed though parts of the tour. Two…the technology used for speaking to us was poor. The mic’s sued to speak to us cut out or varied in volume often.

Really enjoyed however the guide had to do the tour in both Spanish and English - this was hard on her and made the tour move slower than it should have therefore we were really rushed
The destination is great. We had a lot of traffic so there were problems. Then on our return someone just moved our stuff and took our seat. The guide would not get involved so we ended up splitting up. Was very frustrating
