Pagsanjan-Wasserfälle, Taal-Vulkan und Tagaytay – die ultimative Tagestour ab MNL

Beschreibung
People's Park in the Sky.

Great tour! Friendly and fun team: great driver, Miel and amazing guide, Claude. We chose this tour because it allowed us to see three important places on our must see list in one trip, and it was perfect. The ride in the dugout canoe to the Pasganjan Falls through the lush greenery and stone canyon walls was beautiful plus watching the strong and agile boatmen maneuver the boat through tight rocky rapids waa thrilling. After a lunch of traditional dishes, our tour included a boat ride to the island Taal Volcano and a stop at the People’s Park in the Sky. Claude shared the history of the volcano’s 2020 surprising eruption and its formation of new craters plus the lake itself was gorgeous. The sky was clear during our visit to the People’s Park in the Sky, so we enjoyed a stunning view of the valley below. What a fun and efficient way to see some of the most iconic spots in the Philippines. We highly recommend this trip! One note, when we booked our tour, we were happy to see that our hotel was on the drop-down list of available pick up locations. However, the next day we were advised that it was not in the standard pick up area and that would be modest additional costs. It’s my impression that the Tour operator is correcting this but beware, if your hotel is in Mandaluyong, there might be extra cost for hotel pickup.
Great activity. The dugout canoe ride to the falls was great. The falls themselves dump lots of water on you! Our guide Claud was awesome and out driver was amazing through the Philippines traffic.
Although the trip started with a hiccup (driver had to be changed at the last minute), we had a wonderful trip to the Pagsanjan waterfalls, Taal Lake and Tagatay with Kenji as our guide and Adrian as the driver. Kenji was super - chatty, full of information, helpful, friendly and flexible. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and will recommend it to anyone who only has a few days in Manila.
If you are thinking of a memorable day tour adventure in the Philippines, this tour is for you. Our tour guide Christine along with the driver Miel were professional, friendly & very accommodating. We took our time and were never rushed to do each activity. The super energetic“Bangkeros” of the Pagsanjan falls were exhilarating to watch. They navigated the boats in the rapids uphill towards the falls with safe speed & skills. The boat ride in Taal lake was fun as well. We had never seen the volcanoes up close before. Hiking is prohibited in Taal but nice to see the fisheries & details along the banks of the volcano. We’d love to do this again during the “ ber” months when the water in the river is at high level.
The trip was very enjoyable : good organisation, interesting sites and a very good guide in the person of Kenji. He knows his country very well and so could inform us on its different aspect. I recommande.
We had a wonderful time on the Pagsanjan Falls – Taal Volcano – Tagaytay Ultimate Day Tour, and our guide JC made the experience even better. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the day fun while sharing interesting information about each place we visited. Everything was well organized and we never felt rushed, which allowed us to fully enjoy the beautiful views and amazing destinations. A big thank you as well to our driver Noi, who was excellent and drove safely the entire trip. Highly recommended tour and a great team!
Our Pagsanjan Falls and Taal Volcano trip was hands down one of the highlights of our time in the Philippines, and that’s entirely thanks to our incredible guide, JC. From the very start, JC was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the long drives enjoyable by sharing fascinating insights about Filipino culture, history, and local life, and he always made sure we were comfortable and having fun. The Pagsanjan Falls experience was absolutely breathtaking. The boat ride through the gorge was thrilling, and JC coordinated everything perfectly with the boatmen so we could relax and enjoy the adventure. Reaching the falls was magical—standing beneath the cascading water is something we’ll never forget. The Taal Volcano stop was just as impressive. JC explained the volcano’s history and geology in a clear and engaging way, which made the views even more meaningful. He knew the best spots for photos and never rushed us, giving us time to truly take it all in. What really sets JC apart is his genuine care for his guests. He was attentive, patient, and always one step ahead, anticipating what we might need. It felt less like a tour and more like traveling with a knowledgeable local friend. If you’re considering a Pagsanjan Falls and Taal Volcano tour, do yourself a favor and book with JC. This was a perfectly organized, memorable, and truly special experience. Highly, highly recommended!
We were told in advance that we wouldn't be able to do the full falls tour due to dangerously high water and given options. We chose to do the shorter tour to the first set of falls only, which reduced our ride by around an hour but it was still a nice experience. We were there early and it was less busy than I expected (and cooler!). You also need to be prepared to get a bit wet on the second boat trip to see the volcanoes if you go Nov - Jan as windy and choppy during those months. We were blessed with clear sunny skies for our last stop at the People's Park so had tremendous 360 dgree views right back to downtown Manila. We enjoyed the tour and Albert was a friendly and helpful. It was 11 hours door to door but you do spend around half the time driving.
Our guide JC was very kind and informative. Ian was our driver and incredible especially in Manila traffic! The experiences were a lot of fun. Only downside is there is a lot of driving involved. However we had a great time!
Amazing day with guide John & driver Kyle getting out of the Manila chaos to explore the surrounding countryside of Pagsanjan Falls-Taal Volcano-Tagaytay people’s palace in the skies. Informative insightful trustworthy people enabled me to relax and enjoy. Early morning canoe up deep gorges with amazing waterfalls and time to enjoy the serenity. Shooting the rapids a highlight and beautiful scenery in every moment. Be kind to yourself and catch these guys tour.
