Paella Kochkurs mit Profikoch: Vier-Gänge-Abendessen

Dieser 4-Gänge-Workshop dauert etwa 2,5 Stunden und ist eine großartige Einführung in die Welt der Paella und der spanischen Küche. Sie werden von einem unserer Gastgeber mit einem Glas Cava begrüßt und dann durch das Konzept unseres Clubs und die Zutaten, mit denen wir arbeiten, geführt. Anschließend organisieren sich die Gäste in Zweiergruppen pro Kochstation, wo sie alle Utensilien und Zutaten finden, die sie brauchen, um jede Paella auf eine vollständig immersive und dynamische Weise zuzubereiten. Abhängig von der Anzahl der Gäste werden mehrere Paella-Rezepte zubereitet, sodass die Gäste mehr als eine Art Paella probieren und lernen können, wie man sie zubereitet. Sie werden sich wie zu Hause fühlen, während unser Personal Sie durch unsere „10 geheimen Paella-Schritte“ führt. Als Vorschau verraten wir Ihnen einen der 10 geheimen Schritte: Schritt 1 – probieren Sie einen Schluck unseres Premiumweins. Nachdem der Workshop vorbei ist, während die Paellas fertig gekocht werden, sitzen Sie da und genießen andere von unserem Chefkoch zubereitete Gänge sowie Ihre Paella-Kreationen mit katalanischem Wein.

It was a fun evening with knowledgable guidance. We learned, enjoyed the people and drank a fair amount too. Fun evening.
We learned some great tips for making paella, and also enjoyed sampling all of the varieties. Our host, Kevin, was energetic and made the experience very fun. Highly recommend.
This experience was a Christmas gift from our children. Wonderful! A+. My husband has always wanted to make paella the correct way. This class did not disappoint. The cooking stations were spacious, the kitchen was beautiful and inviting. Most of all, the paella was absolutely delicious. Great step by step guidance by our professional chef. The music was flowing and the Cava was flowing!

The host was charming and energetic! The staff very friendly and accommodating. A great time was had by all that participated in this cooking class. Everything was well organized, ingredients prepared and fun atmosphere! There was a bit of dancing involved if you chose to participate but not required. I would definitely take friends back and highly recommend this as a nite on the town.
I wasn’t sure how it would be with young teens as a group of rowdy drunk girls were leaving when we arrived, but the staff was absolutely fantastic and clearly knows how to manage different types of groups so that everyone has fun. Working in pairs was great, and everyone from my parents to my kids had an absolutely amazing experience. The food was perfection but cooking it together made it a memory for a lifetime. Amazing team at the Paella Club!
Fantastic evening! We were a group of 3. My husband, myself, and our 18 yo daughter had a fantastic time. Tons of fun and yummy food.
We had the best time! We cooked a paella for each pair. They gave us all the directions, super fun. It was then finished off by the chefs and served family style. It was so nice to try each one. They kept moving them around the table so we could reach each one. We met other families traveling, it was fabulous experience and the cava was flowing. I needed a slight nap afterwards!
Best experience of a lifetime! We met so many wonderful people, as a matter of fact we went out with several following the class. I would do this again in a heartbeat. The instructor was so fun, and we may or may not have enjoyed a little more wine than we had anticipated.
