I have been cooking for decades, and have cooked Paella numerous times - I still learned something. The instructor was energetic, clear, and engaging. The quality of the facilities, equipment were great. The ingredients were fresh and high quality. The wine flowed freely! We met some fun couples and shared great versions of paella. I highly recommend this experience.

When they say bottomless wine, they mean bottomless wine. It was amazing from start to literal finish. The instructors Benny and Benji, the food, the service and quality all top notch.

This was such a fun cooking class. Benny was a great instructor and really made the class an entertaining experience. They are not kidding about bottomless wine. Once your glass is empty, someone was there filling it up! This class is a must do if you are in Madrid. The whole place is beautiful. Where we dined was incredible!
There were not enough people for the paella cookery class so we were asked if we would like to transfer to the tapas cookery class. We are so glad that we did. It was a delightful experience with some great participants from the US and Canada. Benny and Benji our instructors were clear and guided us through each of the dishes, which were delicious. What excellent hosts.
A very entertaining and educational cooking experience! From the Cava at the start with instructions to party and cook, we knew it would be a great afternoon. Having the chopping and measuring pre done, we could focus more on the techniques of infusing the oil, working with aromatics, proper cook times for each addition to the dish and hints to making perfect Paella every time. Our group of 12 made 5 different variations of Paella and enjoyed them all, family style, with 3 wines in a historic dining setting. All recipes were shared including the apps & desserts we were treated to. Highly recommend this!
We booked a cooking class as part of our excursion experience. By far the positive energy, detailed explanation of what we were doing, and bottomless wine glasses were awesome! It was AMAZING! 5 stars to the team and Valentina who never let my glass go empty! Wonderful experience from those who love to share their cooking techniques!

I really enjoyed the Market tour! The cooking class was so much fun and got good tips about cooking!
