Our tour includes either Cuicocha Lake or Peguche Waterfall, depending on the travelers’ preference. In your case, our guide made the decision to visit Cuicocha because of the weather conditions around Peguche. However, we fully acknowledge that he should have first asked which destination you preferred instead of making that decision himself. We have already discussed this with our guide to ensure that all future guests are consulted before the itinerary is finalized. Regarding the English guide, we are also sorry if the communication did not meet your expectations. We take this feedback seriously and will review the service provided that day. Although the tour itself was completed as scheduled, we understand your disappointment because Peguche Waterfall was one of the places you were hoping to visit. Thank you again for your feedback.
