Great tour!! The pick up location was easy to find and walking distance from our hotel. The driver was great and the guide was fantastic!! He was clear and concise with all of his details and instructions. Very knowledgeable and approachable. He gave us a fantastic tour!! I highly recommend this tour m!!!
All was good, but the fjord boat tour. We expected a little more. There was no narration of the places we were seeing. And these fjords were not as grand as I had expected.
We were lucky with hreat guide- girl from museum. Nice voice tone and very knowledgeable about spots and objects we visited.
An intense day! The driver and guide were quite excellent; the latter imparting a HUGE amount of information during the day. The amazing Vigerlen sculpture park, the ski jump and the Fram Museum were particular highlights. On the other hand, the boat ride at the end of the day - although relaxing - was a disappointment as there wasn’t of course a single fjord to be seen! It would have been nice to specifically set aside (say) 30 miniutes to have our packed lunches. I must acknowledge that the already tight timetable was further pressured because of various traffic diversions following the king’s passing: an obviously very unusual event.
Kendra was very pleasant and informative and knew her city well and the history of Norway. She kept our pace efficiently to make sure we could make all of the stops on a very packed itinerary
The day was well organised and enabled us to get a good overview of Oslo during the day. All the activities were enjoyable and well guided. The museums and cruise were interesting and informative.
The Grand Tour by bus and walking was great. It was a lovely sunny day in Oslo. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and this portion of the tour. If you don't mind walking, you will enjoy the Vigeland Sculpture Park, Holmenkollen Ski Jump, Viking Ship Museum, Tiki Museum and FRAM. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who wants a pleasurable day exploring Oslo. Our Tour Guide was very informative and made this tour quite enjoyable. Our driver was super. Very punctual and always concerned for our safety. The Oslo Fjord Cruise was okay. It might have been more enjoyable if someone took the time to explain that you needed to bring a phone and headphones to understand the important sights as you went up and down the Fjord.
My only complaint was at the drop off site was different from the pick up site and we did not know this in advance and we had transportation from the site
I strongly recommend this tour. Within 7 hours we had a bus tour of the city and several stops: the Fram museum (my favorite), the Norwegian Museum of Cultural History with interesting old buidings, Frogner park with Vigeland's statues and a ski jumping hill Holmenkollbakken. Our guide Nicholas was very informative and helpful during the tour. The bus was modern and very comfortable. We finished out tour with an Oslo Fjord cruise and had lots of pics taken.
We had a very good experience with the Oslo Combo Tour. We were met exactly at the promised time, and the meeting point was clearly described and conveniently located near Nationaltheatret metro station. Everything included in the itinerary was visited as promised and according to schedule. We covered a large part of Oslo and saw all the main stops included in the tour. A special thank you to our guide Christoffer and our driver Victor, who worked very well as a team. Victor drove carefully and professionally, and both were friendly and polite. Christoffer was very knowledgeable about Oslo and was happy to answer all the questions that came up during the tour. The bus was full, but the tour still felt well organised. The transfer from the bus tour to the fjord cruise was also very easy – we were dropped off only about 20 metres from where we needed to board. The price was around €145 per person. Overall, a very smooth and well-organised way to see a lot of Oslo in one day.
