Und da Osaka „Japans Küche“ ist, wird Essen allgegenwärtig sein, sowohl herrlich billig als auch manchmal erstaunlich gehoben. Bei den „Top-Sehenswürdigkeiten“ – keine Reise nach Osaka ist komplett ohne einen Stopp an der Burg von Osaka, aber wir dringen auch tiefer in die Viertel ein. Wir beenden die Tour mit dem berühmten Dotonbori, aber lassen Sie nicht zu viel Zeit dort, da wir davon ausgehen, dass Sie die Gegend auf eigene Faust erkunden werden. Der Reiseleiter ist ein englischer Muttersprachler oder fast englischer Muttersprachler, der auch Japanisch spricht. Sashiko-Workshop als Extra: Nach der morgendlichen Erkundung von Osaka genießen Sie eine selbstgeführte Mittagspause und besuchen den Workshop. Anschließend tauchen Sie in einen Sashiko-Workshop ein. Hier erlernen Sie die komplizierte Kunst des traditionellen japanischen Nähens und kreieren Ihr eigenes Stück, das Sie mit nach Hause nehmen können.

Wir denken, der Park Osaka Castle ist in, und das Äußere des Schlosses ist großartig und lohnenswert zu besuchen. Das müde, schlecht gestaltete Interieur außerhalb der Burg: Nicht so sehr. Also gehen wir nicht rein. Vertrau uns, dir entgeht nichts.
Erkunden Sie diesen fabelhaften Zeitsprung eines Marktes, auf dem Mode, Essen und Kultur geräuschvoll aufeinander prallen und etwas Wunderbares hervorbringen. Es gibt nicht mehr viel Vorkriegs-Osaka zu erkunden, aber dies ist ein Meister eines lokalen Anblicks. Es unterstreicht auch den koreanischen Einfluss auf die Stadt.
Wir zahlen also nicht das Geld, um ganz nach oben zu gelangen, aber wir kennen einen Weg, um eine fast genauso gute Sicht zu erhalten, ohne in der Schlange zu stehen und ohne einen glänzenden Yen für das Privileg zu bezahlen. Dieses Vergnügungsviertel aus rund hundert Jahren hat alle möglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bieten, einige davon glänzend und einige mit einer ziemlich abgenutzten Patina. Beides macht viel Spaß. Es ist ein lebhaftes Zentrum der Osaka-Kultur, und das aus gutem Grund!
Sicher, wir möchten Ihnen die weniger touristischen Teile von Osaka auf dieser Tour zeigen, aber wir möchten Ihnen nicht den berühmten "Running Man" und Dotonbori auf freiem Fuß zeigen. Aber wir führen Sie auch hier durch kleine Gassen, und wir haben auch ein paar interessante Geschichten zu erzählen.

Bryan was informative and entertaining, and provided interesting tidbits on all the places we visited. Even at touristy spots like Osaka Castle, he took us to less-known areas for better photos and recommended great food options. Since we were the only ones on the tour, he customized everything to our pace and preferences. It was so nice to just follow along and not worry about finding places or navigating public transportation. Highly recommend if you want a stress-free, personalized intro to Osaka. An amazing tour with Bryan. Everything about the tour was brilliant. The tour guide's knowledge was amazing, although it's a walking tour, Bryan knew all the tricks to skip the stairs on a hot day. Also appreciated only stopping at good toilet stops. Highly recommended

We had an excellent tour of the Osaka Castle, Shinseki and Dotonburi District. Tommy was a knowledgeable and very friendly guide. As a non-native guide, he shared some Japanese etiquette, which helped us understand how to be good guests while traveling in Japan. Great tour if you want to see some iconic Osaka sports in 4 hours. I took a private tour. Ichiro was an excellent guide, well informed about every place we visit. We visit the Osaka Castle exterior, an some of the most touristic streets in the city centre. We walk and we use the subway. The tour is good because you dont waste time in shops like in other tours, and you can enjoy places walking around with some interesting historic context.

This walking tour was everything I hoped it would be. We saw some classic sites and a few off the beaten path. Our guide Brian was excellent; he was informative, engaging and very helpful. We needed to meet him at the starting location, he texted me the address in Japanese so all I needed to do was show the address to the taxi driver and he drove us directly there. I throughly enjoyed the experience.
