We are delighted with the Orchid Premium cruise in Ha Long Bay. We were very well taken care of by the staff. The food is excellent, the boat very comfortable, our room spacious and above all extremely clean. I particularly recommend Louis, who is a person who will take extremely good care of you during meals. The activities are very well organized and follow one another in such a way that if you wanted to, you could be busy all day or have moments of relaxation. This is undoubtedly one of the best cruises.
An amazing experience on board cruising through an incredible part of the world. I cannot rate the staff highly enough. My waiter, Gin, was so friendly, welcoming and professional. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Everything is quiet on board, the staff is very caring and Gin, the room manager a real gem. A unique moment to share as a couple or with friends but necessarily on board this boat! Thank you for the good times in Halong Bay

Very nice boat with all the luxury: very large cabin, jacuzzi on the upper deck, restaurant with very good food and very good service (thanks to Bobby!). Very good organization of the stay. We kayaked in the bay, learned how to make spring rolls in the kitchen, from Tai Chi to waking up and visiting caves on Cat Ba island afterwards. Halong Bay is beautiful but there are still many boats (and it did not make us want to swim there too much even if we were offered it...).

The service from the team is good, especially from Jess. The profile is much more family focused and the cost of drinks is excessive. However I would recommend only taking it one day. A lot of time is wasted in the transfer and waits for the equipment to be completed because they take you to a place to eat breakfast (tourist tram) very close to the Jetty where there is a shell to persuade to buy and even when we were all ready, we were not leaving. The bay is dirty, as soon as you enter the water there is soda trash etc.
