Gorilla Tracking Tour in Uganda

Beschreibung

When it comes to Safaris, I think this one ‘takes the cake’. I’ve just experienced my third safari, having visited Kruger National Park in South Africa, then Nairobi & the Masai Mara in Kenya, now to be fortunate enough to experience a safari in Uganda, complete with a Gorilla encounter and encounters with the Big 5, all in their natural habitat, as our stunning accommodation was perfectly located in National Parks. Our guide Richard had NO boundaries when it came to delivering the ‘BEST EVER’ experience at every location and whilst we were on tour to celebrate a milestone birthday for our friend, some of the ‘WOW FACTORS’ made me wonder….who’s birthday is it. We were ALL so blown away at the length Richard went to, to give us the BEST experience. You know Uganda was never on my bucket list, but having just experienced what we have just returned from, I suggest you put it on yours…. You’ll never forget OR regret it.
The Gorilla Trekking Tour was amazing. A one of a lifetime experience. Richard made sure everything was organised and you could just enjoy the trip. He also has an Café next to the trekking spot which supports the local Community by helping them go to school, grow coffee and buy their beans.
It was truly a surreal trek and we got to see the silverback gorilla. Driver was very patient and our guides took care of us the entire way. Truly a highlight of our trip!
It was lovely to meet a family of beautiful gorillas. I hope they continue to conserve them and promote ecological restoration in neighboring farmland areas to increase the area where these incredible animals live.
I had great guide Denis. They have arranged everything without any problem. We had great Gorilla trek, plus Denis took me to Lokal school, where children prepared for me dancing and singing show. We had also great local dinner included in price of this service.
