We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Overlord - it was worth every penny. Our guide Louis B was so informative, personable and animated. I really appreciated his timing the stops of our tour based on when each location was busiest and in relation to the weather. His maps, pictures and story-telling ability were so helpful to understand many aspects of D-Day. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch together indoors since the wind was unusually strong and it was fun to learn about other facets of French (esp Normandy) life, food and drink. I’m also coming away with a list of movies and series to watch (and which ones/parts are not accurate). It was a full day that helped us understand the incredible coordination, planning, bravery and sacrifice of the Allies and civilians in this part of WWII and certainly made me want to learn more.

Coming from a girl that went because her boyfriend is a history buff, this was an awesome tour! I didn’t expect to learn so much but our guide, Loïc, was super knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. And even though it’s a very sad part of history, the tour was really enjoyable to be able to see and learn all we did. I really enjoyed it and would recommend this to everyone. Boyfriend adds: This full day tour is the only one that allows access to Brecourt Manor Battlfield. I enjoyed the fact that this tour has more unique sites that are less busy with tourists and still have a ton of history. Thanks Loïc!

My Faimily of four just completed our full day tour of Omaha, Utah, and the paratrouper drop areas with Remy today. It was a fantastic tour and we learned so much. Remy our guide was fantastic. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants a detailed experience that will be with us for a long time.

Our tour guide Remy made the day so memorable. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about this topic. My husband is the history buff, but I will now be one too as far as Normandy is concerned.

The summary that describes the tour on the website completely undersells the experience the tour guide takes you on. The guide will take you to multiple places where an array of minute and large moments happened during the show “Band of Brothers”. Not a second of time was wasted during the tour. Worth every dollar.

Fantastic detail re Band of Brothers actions and movements. Ollli was a great story-teller able to keep you fully engaged during the entire trip. if you know BoB you will love the detail. If you do not know BoB you will be fully engaged in the story!

To give this tour anything less than 10 stars is doing it a disservice! Stephan and Oli are a power team! Oli ability to convey the events and hitting some pretty amazing spots…. I highly recommend. Worth every penny!!!!
