Ich bin kroatischer Naturliebhaber und Inhaber eines Familienbauernhofs. Meine Familie baut seit Generationen mit Liebe. Sie kamen im 16. Jahrhundert nach Dubrovnik und bewirtschafteten das Land für Dubrovniker Adel, auf dessen Land wir heute sind. Genießen Sie das größte Klassenzimmer der Welt – die Natur unter freiem Himmel von Dubrovnik!

Entfliehen Sie den Menschenmassen der Stadt für ein paar Stunden und machen Sie mit uns ein einzigartiges Erlebnis zwischen Reben, Olivenbäumen und Früchten. Die Lage ist Vardia Bauernhof in Malaštica Hügel, 200 Meter über der Adria, nur eine 15-minütige malerische Fahrt von der Dubrovnik Altstadt und nahe der Grenze zu Bosnien und Herzegowina. Sie werden von Ihrem Hotel oder einem Treffpunkt abgeholt. Es gibt eine leichte Wanderung hinunter und hinauf den Hügel durch die Olivenhaine, Bio-Bauernhof und alten Eichenwald. Probieren Sie einen hausgemachten Kräuterbrand oder einen Likör aus Früchten aus unserem Obstgarten. Im größten Klassenzimmer der Welt – der Dubrovniker Landschaft – werde ich mit Ihnen das Wissen teilen, das ich durch meine Ausbildung und die Arbeit auf dem Gebiet mit meinem Vater und Großvater gesammelt habe. Probieren Sie unser köstliches Bio-Olivenöl mit hausgemachtem Brot und unserem Weißwein. Sie erfahren mehr über den Anbau und die Produktion und verkosten alle unsere Produkte. Danach gehen wir zurück zum Auto und Sie werden zurück zu Ihrer Unterkunft gebracht.

Cannot recommend this enough, Ivica was so friendly and passionate about his craft, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of his family farm and also gave us some great tips about where to go in the city for great food and beaches. The end result after the tour was delightful, we got to try different snacks, homemade bread and olive oil and wine made from the fruits of the farm. Ivica was the perfect host, thank for you an unforgettable experience. If you are able to cope with a moderate hike, book this, you won’t be disappointed!
It was such a lovely experience! Walking the trails on the family and tasting all of the delicious products produced by the family! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Dubrovnik area!
Very nice experience with interesting and knowledgeable guide. Had tour of the Olive farm from the owner who is taken care of it currently after multiple generations in his family. Had wine, cheese, and olive oil for lunch along with homemade bread. Everything was excellent. Would highly recommend.
Its an experience not to be missed. The history of the village was great and walking through the area with all types of herbs, olive trees orange trees to many to name our guide was excelent very proud of his family farm. This is an incredible tour to learn about the local food and wine and see all of the hard work The Family has put in over hundreds of years. The property is beautiful and you can see all of the wide variety of plants and trees. Ivica has great knowledge of the area and I think the tour is a great compliment to go along with exploring the old city.
Such a peaceful and beautiful family farm! We learned so much about the Croatian culture and about hardworking farm families! Great photos and memories!
