We had a fantastic bike tour of Old San Juan today! Our guide, Jose, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging throughout the tour. He did a great job connecting with my teenage son and made the experience enjoyable for both of us. I also appreciated how patient he was with me since I’m not an experienced cyclist. He answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend this tour—it’s a fun, informative, and memorable way to explore Old San Juan!
We had the best time with José. It was the first afternoon we had in Puerto Rico and he taught us more history in the first 10 minutes then I have learned in all of my research before I came here! José was kind and considerate, he was able to navigate and cater to our needs because we had a very small group! We had the Segway ebike and it was a total blast! We saw so much and it was a lovely way to begin our trip in Old San Juan.
If you’re wanting to tour San Juan and learn about its history, then this is the tour for you. Jose was a wonderful tour guide, full of historical facts and interesting details. We loved our e-bike tour, feeling like we got to see lots of sites and learn all about San Juan. This was our first time riding e-bikes and felt like it was an easy and fun way to see the city, especially as we went up all the city hills. Don’t delay, book your tour today!
Excursions did not happen. Did not communicate with us about trip. I had to find out myself and explore.
We were supposed to be taking the tour using the Segway’s but they weren’t available the day we were there so we were on the Segway bikes. The bikes turned out be fantastic and we really enjoyed our day. Jose our guide was incredible. His knowledge of Old San Juan and PR was vast and he is really fun to be with. I would recommend this tour to anyone!
We originally wanted a Segway tour, but we’re so. glad that the Segway‘s weren’t available because we saw so much more on the bikes! Driving in, I was very concerned about the amount of traffic and how we would navigate it, however, we had no issues with traffic and had a wonderful tour learning about old San Juan!
Tour was a lot of fun and pleasant. Also enjoyed learning the history of Old San Juan (especially with the wars).
The Segway wasn’t available due to repair issues. I was disappointed about that, but the E-Bike was great too. If you’re new to E-Bikes you may want to practice a bit first before getting on the roads. Jose was a great tour guide and really knows his stuff. Easy to find the meet up location.
Jose was terrific & quite patient. After a few lessons, I was on my way on the EBike. What a fantastic way to see all the historic spots w/ease! I would highly recommend this tour!
