I was particularly surprised to read your comment regarding communication, as we were in continuous contact before your experience. At your request, we changed your water taxi departure time, confirmed the new arrangements with you by phone, and made every effort to accommodate your schedule. After your arrival at Ammoudi Bay, however, we unfortunately lost contact. From that moment on, we made repeated attempts to reach you by phone, WhatsApp, and through the Viator messaging platform. As this experience combines a water transfer with a land transfer, our driver and vehicle were waiting at the car-accessible area of Ammoudi Bay, where all guests are collected before continuing to Oia. We continued trying to contact you for several hours, hoping to reconnect and complete the remainder of your experience. Unfortunately, we received no response during that time, which meant we had no way of knowing your location or assisting you. We're truly sorry that we were unable to reconnect despite every effort from our team. We always go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, especially when plans change unexpectedly, and it's disappointing that we couldn't continue your experience as intended.
