Die Vatikanischen Museen bestehen aus mehreren Museen, die viele „Flügel“ bilden. Der Flügel mit der höchsten Konzentration an Highlights ist das Museo Pio-Clementino. - Kinder im Alter von 7–18 Jahren haben Anspruch auf ermäßigten Eintritt (siehe Tour- und Ticketpreise) und müssen einen Altersnachweis vorlegen.
- Kinder unter 18 Jahren müssen von einem Erwachsenen begleitet werden.
- Für den Zutritt zu religiösen Stätten und ausgewählten Museen gilt eine Kleiderordnung. Shorts oder ärmellose Oberteile sind nicht erlaubt. Knie und Schultern müssen bei Männern und Frauen bedeckt sein. Bei Nichteinhaltung kann der Eintritt verweigert werden.
- Der Check-in erfolgt 15 Minuten vor der gebuchten Startzeit. Die Tickets sind zeitgebunden, verspätete Ankünfte können nicht berücksichtigt werden.
- Wichtig: Der Petersdom ist nicht in allen Touroptionen enthalten. Wenn Sie den Dom im Rahmen Ihrer Tour besuchen möchten, wählen Sie bitte eine Tour, bei der der Petersdom ausdrücklich eingeschlossen ist.
- Gäste mit einer nachgewiesenen Behinderung von über 75 % erhalten freien Eintritt in den Vatikan und benötigen kein Ticket. Für Gäste, die nicht selbstständig sind, gilt der kostenlose Eintritt auch für eine Begleitperson.
- Bitte geben Sie bei der Buchung alle Namen an, wie sie auf Ihren Pässen erscheinen. Tickets sind nicht übertragbar und wenn die Namen auf Ihrer Buchung nicht mit Ihrem Ausweis übereinstimmen, wird Ihnen möglicherweise der Zugang verweigert und es wird keine Rückerstattung fällig. Namensänderungen müssen mindestens 72 Stunden vorher mitgeteilt werden.

Exceptional tour. It was clear Oscar knew the Vatican tour inside and out. There is so much to learn and he was like your history professor in college who knew interesting and funny side stories - even kept our two teenagers interested even in big crowds and hot weather. While it was difficult to find the group initially, the tour guide was very thorough and knowledgeable. It only took 2 hours but that was good enough for us. Being such a hot day it was about all we could handle anyway. Learned a lot and got to see the Sistine Chapel.

Our guide Sara was knowledgeable about more than each stop. She set up the tour giving us a larger picture of the history and events of different periods of the Vatican which helped us better appreciate the important events of the history of the Vatican. We can’t say enough that booking this tour get you in and moving , not having to wait in line for hours. Sara keep our small group of 10 engaged and moving while conscious of need for breaks. An astounding place to visit during any trip to Rome. But be warned! In the summer there is no air conditioning so be prepared. It’s a lot of walking. Bring water. Then, enjoy the art and history! Our guide Martina was knowledgeable, funny and professional. I especially loved her history of the Sistine Chapel. Meeting up with all my Viator guides throughout Italy has been so simple. There was a lot of people the whole time so be prepared for crowds. Don’t go on a Wednesday if you want to see the basilica as they have mass and it’s closed. Our guide Enzo was great.

Our guide was very knowledgeable, we learned a lot from her! I was on the fence about getting a guide for the Vatican and it was definitely worth it, especially with kids (mine were 10,13, 16).
