The whole Vatican city was mobbed . But our guide for skip the line was fabulous and we literally skipped all the lines and got through and saw everything. It was truly wonderful. The Sistine Chapel was amazing as well as everything else in all the various muse

The reason for the three star is the tour started 45 mins late. Ronnie the front desk clerk was some a jerk. He was not customer service friendly at all considering we for a 10:30am tour not a 11:15am tour. Once the tour started Alex the tour guide was awesome very well rounded on the knowledge of The Vatican. Job well done Alex!

The meeting instructions are flawed. You must go inside the store at the address and talk to the guy behind the counter. We waited outside the store and also messaged that we had arrived. There was no response and we ended up having to run to not miss the tour. The tour itself is $40 a person and this charges tour way to much. Thianiabthebfiratybad experience we have had using viator. I do not suggest using this service/ tour.
i think you want us to look for you in Amazon right ? when we have provide our office address and there are someone inside to make your check in whats the reason you were looking that from outside ? is there were a gunman you got scared ? and you have booked a tour which includes a lots of service do you expect with 40 euro tickets in hand to have a free tour and we give you guide and all that service to skip the line for free ? dont blame others for your own fault
A long educational tour with a great guide. Very detailed of the Vatican, pope, art, statues and conclave when it took place. The head pieces worked great. Very easy to understand

The Chapel, the rooms, the ground, and the guide were all fabulous. We were allowed to remain and explore the over many museums in the grounds.

Lots of walking. The elderly won’t enjoy all the steps or long walks. Alex the tour guide was very knowledgeable.

Wonderful little city. Lots of history explained. Downside is a lot of steps. At hot times not much air moving.

Very educational and beautiful. The guide was very knowledgeable in giving history. The only downside was the heat. I would recommend it. There were a lot of tourists there and using Skip. The line helped a lot.

The tour guide was a friendly lady but she hurried through the museum. We didn’t have time to take many photos due to her fast pace. She was very knowledgeable and again she was a very pleasant lady. Our biggest complaint was that she didn’t spend enough time in the museum.
sir / madam it was not a photography tour at all we never cut the tour less than 2.30 hours as we promised than you can stay on your own no guide going to wait in places for photography separately if they do tour must take more than a day as this museum is one the largest in the world thanks
This tour is a must do while in Rome. Our original appointment for the morning had to be rescheduled for the afternoon because the new pope wanted to acknowledge and celebrate the employees of the Vatican. All tours prior to 1 PM were canceled. So, we had to reschedule for a later time. It was extremely, crowded and chaotic and very difficult to hear and understand our tour guide. It felt very rushed and stressful. I do not believe this was the fault of the company. It just happened to be the circumstances for the day that we were visiting.
