We are very happy with the communication with Julio, a very nice gentleman we even met twice in Cusco. The discussion with Julio started 2 months prior to the trip and he is working with us with different arrangements to meet our specific requests. We even canceled the prior arrangements and go with Julio with extra trips. We are very happy with the trip, and it was a long day and many connections in between. After the trip, we truly appreciated the effort the travel agency makes and I would like to Julio and the guides, the driver once again.

We had an amazing experience visiting Machu Picchu with our guide, Elder. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the history and culture of the site. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and answered all of our questions with patience. Elder made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy the incredible views while sharing fascinating stories and historical details that brought Machu Picchu to life. He was organized, professional, and made the entire tour feel relaxed and enjoyable. If you’re visiting Machu Picchu, I highly recommend requesting Elder as your guide. By the time I reorganized my tour in Cusco, I had gotten past the point where I could book tickets online. The operator was very communicative, called me almost 3 weeks earlier to tell me that I should think about spending 3 days if necessary to get the in-person tickets. Had the guide waiting for me at the Aguas Callientes station to take me to the Ticket Office as soon as I arrived. The ticket fee and the bus fees are included in your payment and they will have a guide for you through out the Machu Picchu tour. Would definitely recommend given the service level they offered.

Had a great time. Was able to get a ticket to do 3B without having to wait for hours in line or stay 3/4 nights in Machu Picchu like many people have to. Juilio was amazing and communicated with me very well. He told me to get to the gate an hour early, unsure if that was a translation error or what but I ended up with an extra hour outside the gate watching the sunrise over the Andes in peace which turned out to be great too if unintended. The tour for circuit 3 is still really cool and I got great photos and learned a lot about the Incan history.

Everything was amazing from start to finish! Getting the tickets was super easy, and the staff were all really friendly and welcoming. Julio was especially helpful and made the whole experience even better. Visiting Machu Picchu was absolutely incredible such a beautiful and unforgettable place. Honestly, the whole experience was amazing, and I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip there!

Getting my Machu Picchu ticket was incredibly easy and straightforward. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free. We were able to secure Circuit 2, which made the experience even better. Julio’s assistance was truly amazing ,he was helpful, attentive, and made sure everything went perfectly. Overall, everything was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended!
