I paid for round trip. Only received one way. Viator attempted to get a partial refund but they denied it. The customer service representative was very argumentative and mentioned that I didn’t have a return date, which was required before I booked the round trip transfer. I would not recommend Jamaica quest tour, as I had to purchase an uber and the uber driver confirmed that I wasn’t the only tourist that experience, not have a return ride or received the partial funds, due to them not fulfilling their obligations.

For all round-trip airport transfers, your departure flight information is required in order for our team to schedule and dispatch a driver. This information was requested but was never provided to us, and no return-transfer request was submitted through your booking partner. Without the necessary flight and pickup details, it is impossible for us to confirm or assign a driver for your departure. On 24th March 2026 at 8:33 AM, you contacted us requesting an 8:00 AM pickup for a same-day departure. Unfortunately, we were unable to dispatch a vehicle on such short notice, especially given that your resort is over one hour away from the airport. Our team explained this clearly and politely during the call. We completely understand the frustration of travel delays and miscommunication, but we must respectfully note that we cannot provide service for a departure transfer when essential details are not supplied. We depend on accurate information from our guests. Regarding the claim that “many guests complain about missing return rides,” we take such statements very seriously. Our records show consistent successful round-trip services daily, and issues only arise when required information is not provided. We remain committed to delivering reliable, professional transportation services, and we are always available to assist guests who submit the necessary details. The driver arrived 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time, which suited me very well. Friendly driver, clean vehicle and careful driving.
