NYC Sunset Cruise mit DJ, Skyline & Freiheitsstatue

Boarding the boat was very disorganized. They had no signs or anything to indicate which boat was theirs, and everyone in line was confused. The staff was not very helpful or willing to clarify if we were in the correct place. The boat felt very dirty and outdated. We still had a nice time enjoying the views, but they could've made the experience much better.

Was canceled and rescheduled for a later time approximately 30-40 minutes no response from the event coordinator via email nor a call. Was given something totally different from what I paid and didn't see any of the attractions and no live DJ AND VIATOR ACT LIKE THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE ME A REFUND STICK TO GROUPON PEOPLE.

We boarded an hour and a half later than scheduled, had to stand out in the heat for the whole hour and a half. DJ was fine, furniture and decor outdated, drinks way overpriced, and we all had to stand around for another hour to de-board. Seeing the Statue of Liberty was the only good thing about this cruise unfortunately.

A must-do to see New York at night in a different way

Overall my family had a decent experience but there were a few things that we didn’t care for. One being they had switched our boat hours before departure to a dinner cruise boat, which is fine but we were limited to select floors only. Personally I believe they didn’t sell enough tickets for a dinner cruise and thought to merge the two to save money. Two, we were supposed to have a live DJ, instead we had a live band that was seated on the dinner cruise floor so we couldn’t really hear the music being played. Lastly, when they called to let us know of the boat change we asked if they had two more tickets because online it showed sold out, they had two more but the price was cheaper than the original tickets we purchased and it came with drinks - when ours didn’t.

The boat was nice , however our original boat was cancelled so they put us on a dinner cruise boat. Our boat was describe as sunset cruise with dj . We didn’t have a DJ and it seems we were just pushed in with the dinner cruise boat because lack of tickets sold . Although the views were beautiful it experience wasn’t as described .

The boat ride was amazing, and my family from Brazil really enjoyed the entire trip. However, it was extremely difficult to find any information about where we were supposed to board. There were other boat companies nearby with booths and staff, but they only provided information for their own tours. When we finally figured out which boat we needed, a Black employee came over and was incredibly rude. He was cursing at people, speaking disrespectfully to everyone waiting to board, and didn’t seem to care that many of us had legitimate questions or just wanted to make sure we were in the right place. His attitude was completely unacceptable. Thankfully, two crew members from the boat arrived shortly afterward and were kind, professional, and helped us get on board, allowing us to ignore his behavior. I honestly don’t understand why someone who clearly hates dealing with people would choose to work in this field. He seriously damaged what was otherwise a great experience.

We booked for sightseeing and Oguljemal is the best, food was very delicious

Late starting, no updates on meeting time or meeting location. No personal available at meeting location to find out information from. Bar was not managed well to serve all patrons in a good timely manner. We spent total of 1.5 hrs waiting in line for the bar. DJ was only present on second level, could not hear music on fourth level. Pay attention to which levels you are allowed into when purchasing tickets.

When I purchased the ticket it said it will leave at 6:30 and if anyone late the boat will leave, well it didn’t leave until 7:50 and it ruined all my plans that I had after.
