A steady energy of chaos from Start to finish. Even the boarding was a cluster. It was like somebody said let’s take a bunch of people out and feed them and show them the skyline about an hour before we got there and this was their first time to try this. Got to our table in a sweltering dining room and our waitress stopped by and said hey. The tables around us were getting g main course before we got bread. After we finally got bread and salads The waitress said. Ok got those desserts coming. We said. We haven’t gotten our food yet. The DJ was cranking the music so loud as we were getting intructions debark it was insane I hope these people get their act together or stop doing business Sorry
The tour was supposed to be guided by in order to give us information. The crew informed us that the narrator called in sick. We were riding around the water and the only site that was recognizable was the Statue of Liberty. Not what was on the overview
Awful experience. I went to see a sunset with my mom departing from pier 40. We had the general admission who costed $35 each, on the website it says to get there 30 minutes before 7pm, the departure time. But first they passed to those who were going to eat and premium admission, they ended up starting the trip at 7:30pm. My mom and I didn't know about the others admissions, so we had to stay with the general that allowed you to be on the first or third floor. First floor completely disgusting and dirty, you can barely see through the windows, chairs and tables dirty. Third floor don't have enough seats for a tour that lasts 3+ hours and that allow so many people. Kinda forcing you to buy the ticket for the restaurant(second floor), but you can't do that after being inside. General admission only allows you to buy some sodas and mini snacks (soda $6). None of the admissions allows you to enter food or drinks from outside. The view was beautiful if you like NYC but, for me it's not worth it. Staff was alright 👍🏽 . I never make a review on places but I had to, I should had also take pictures.
The cruise was canceled because of the weather it was ice and wind that ruined the book ride…………………..
I get seasick easily, but this boat was very stable. Didn't feel queasy once, which was a relief. The views made it unforgettable.
Seeing the Statue of Liberty up close from the water gave me chills. The boat slowed so we could grab all the photos we needed without rushing
Excellent vision of Manhattan, in those hours with a vision very close also to the statue of liberty We must carry the digitized tickets on the mobile
Jeez lu eez how many people can you put on a boat? The boat was so crowded it felt like I was in a house party from my teenage years. It was hard to walk around without bumping into anybody. People were visibly upset and arguing with one another. And I get it, make as much money as possible but you’re still on a small boat thats traveling through 200 ft of water. Maybe add a capacity limit? Also, they will movie theater trap you, I bought 2 simple drinks (tequila & pineapple) and it was $23 each! It wasn’t even expensive tequila, it was Montezuma—calm down baby girl.
The organisation of the staff was an absolute disaster, it was 298 persons allowed on the boat and they let a way more people in (without buying any tickets) we bought ours and nobody even asked for them. Apart from that the view was stunning but would be a better experience if the service would be different.
Very old, the chairs were unstable, just foldable chairs, the music was extremely loud, it was so noisy! Go sit in the open area they ask you to pay $20 more because it’s “vip”, the lower deck is very hot. It was just a mess.
