Absolutely unforgettable! The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease before takeoff. Once in the air, the views were beyond breathtaking seeing everything from above, gave me a perspective I could never have experienced in any other way. Our pilot, Tyler was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly highly skilled and pointed out landmarks and sharing interesting facts throughout the flight. The ride itself was very smooth, exciting and perfectly paced. Every moment felt like you were just floating on air.

While in NYC this is a must do. Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple, small group or a family, this an experience to remember. All of the personnel at HeliNY were professional, kind and thoughtful, helping to add to the wonderful experience. All of the pilots were outstanding and very knowledgeable but if you’re lucky enough to get Mike, he’s one of the best.

We booked the 12.30 slot but an earlier activity was cancelled so took our chances and went down to the pier first thing in the morning. They were very helpful and managed to get us on a flight at 10.15 . The experience was magical and my daughter got to sit upfront which was the icing on the cake. Our trip to New York was a 21st birthday celebration so this was perfect.
