An Unforgettable Family Experience in NYC! We recently flew with them for the second time, having used their services three years ago, and they continue to exceed all expectations! This time, we took a family flight to celebrate our younger daughter’s birthday. The team went above and beyond to make it extra special—they even seated her right next to the pilot for the flight! She was absolutely thrilled. From start to finish, the entire ground and flight crew were extremely polite, helpful, and totally professional. A special thank you goes out to Ali, Jose, and Ariff, who made sure everything ran smoothly and gave us a VIP experience. Thank you so much for creating such wonderful family memories. We will definitely recommend you to everyone we know!

It’s an exceptionally smooth operation from start to finish. From the moment you arrive, you’re escorted to the check-in desk, watch a safety briefing, and securely store your valuables (only a phone or camera can be taken on the flight) before being whisked away to your aircraft. The flight itself was incredible, and the pilot was excellent—professional, reassuring, and clearly very experienced. Seating is allocated based on passenger weight for safety, but if you’d like to guarantee a front seat, you can request one in advance for an additional fee. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I thoroughly enjoyed and would absolutely recommend. It was well worth it.

Brilliant company, weather was not great on the Thursday we arrived at 3pm to fly at 4pm. Another company was still flying so we were no the wiser that Heli had not flown due to the weather. Safety first in this world. So obviously being a tourist they had sent emails I didn’t get but on arrival quickly re-booked us for the following day. No issues well handled and the process the following day was so slick. Then out on the flight it was fabulous, so smooth and worth the money to experience it. My 15yr old son was beside himself during and after. Superb company who deliver a first class product. Expensive yes, worth it definitely.
