Delayed Return Pickup We sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced during the return transfer. While the vehicle arrived at the harbour on time, there was a miscommunication in identifying the correct pickup, which led to confusion for both you and our guide. Our standard procedure relies on clear signage and direct communication between the transport team and our guests. Unfortunately, this process did not go as smoothly as intended in this instance. After the misunderstanding, our guide brought you to the office nearby to wait, but due to heavy traffic congestion in the port area, it took more than 15 minutes for the driver to reach the location. We are currently reviewing this situation with our operations team to ensure better coordination and more visible identification methods moving forward. 2. Communication Regarding Guide & Driver Setup We understand there may have been some confusion regarding the arrangement of your guide and driver. Based on your comments, it seems there was an expectation that the guide and driver would accompany you together throughout the transfer, which is common in a private tour format. However, you booked the shared tour which includes shared transfers, and as per the arrangement, the driver picked you up from your hotel while the guide was waiting at the meeting point to join the group for the start of the tour. We acknowledge that this could have been communicated more clearly, and we will work to improve how we set expectations for different tour formats. 3. Crystal Bay Visit Clarification Regarding the visit to Crystal Bay, our guide did offer the option during the tour. However, we understand that you had read online about the beach being closed and opted not to go. The option was offered again later in the day, with the guide available to accompany you, but we respect your decision to instead relax at Amok Sunset with the rest of the group. As for the guide you may have seen after the tour while waiting for your transfer, we believe they were from a different group, as we did not have another tour operating at that time under our service. 4. Itinerary Concerns We’re sorry to hear that the itinerary did not fully meet your expectations. This particular program is designed for shared group tours, with Amok Sunset included as both a lunch stop and a scenic location. That said, we take your feedback seriously and will be sharing your comments with our Product Team for future improvements. Once again, we truly regret any inconvenience you experienced.
