The concert was cancelled and we were never notified. Therefore we spent money to travel to and from a location for no reason. I also had spend time, effort and money to contact the organizers only to find out the concert was cancelled. I would recommend scheduling a concert at the Vienna Concert House and NOT this organization.
On Sunday afternoon at the beginning of May 2026 we met Adrian, the ticket seller and employee of the Vienna Royal Orchestra in the city center and are very glad that we responded to his offer of a "last minute ticket" for the evening concert at Haus der Industrie! At a reduced price we sat in the second row and enjoyed a wonderful concert with concertmaster Michal Hudak, soprano Anna Ryan and parts of the Vienna Royal Orchestra. An unforgettable evening, classical music in one of the most classical places in the world, and at the end Adrian even gave us a CD with a concert recording of the orchestra! We will definitely come back at the next opportunity...
Beware of the ticket touts in red coats selling tickets to the Wiener Royal Orchester. We bought some and found that the concert was at the Alberto Hall a tram ride away and not the venue we had expected. There was only 1 ladies loo and a really long queue. They made everyone pay to leave their coats (we managed to take ours in and avoided a long queue at the end). The concert was good but it wasn't what we had been led to believe we were seeing and the seating plan we were shown was completely different. Advice is only buy from the actual venue.
The concert was very impressive. However, it was very difficult to exchange the voucher for tickets: The address mentioned for the exchange of Tripadvisor Beethovenplatz 1 proved to be incorrect. After a long search we found the office for the exchange in a side alley. The search took us about 3 hours!
Great performance! The Venue is perfect for an intimate concert. The entertainment was a fabulous review of classic music scores.
Beautiful concert, suggestive place and great professionalism of Adriano. Highly recommended
Hey, Tripadvisor. It is a mistake to pick up your ticket at Beethovenplatz. Had gotten a barcode ticket, and it told the organizer that I could use it. There is a school on Beethovenplatz and there was no house number. Looking forward to the concert tonight ❤️
Of trap for tourists nothing, it was very satisfying. We were approached very kindly by one of the "red helmets" in front of the cathedral and at the end after haggling a little, we bought tickets in the sixth row of silver at a very reasonable price, arrived in advance, paid €2 per person wardrobe and accessed the room which is small but has excellent sound and acoustics. The program was as easy as it was enjoyable, very well executed and suitable for all audiences. It was a great end to our stay in Vienna and I would always recommend it. The only one but was the sparkling or prosecco that was offered to us for free by the seller when buying the tickets for us to take at the intermission, it was hot and bad. Everything else a 10.
You're supposed to present the voucher sent by trip advisor at the redemption point in advance of your tour/activity to exchange it for the entry ticket. Unfortunately, nobody is at the redemption point. You have to go to the concert hall to a redemption desk, you lose time and add uncertainty. You get remaining seats, not what you paid for.
This was an amazing experience, one of the brightest highlights of our trip. The elegance, interaction with audience, repertoire, and whole atmosphere was absolutely stunning 💜 The man on street pictures - the manager, Mr. Adrian - who informed us about the event - absolute gentleman, attentive, respectful… I want to thank him once more! Highly recommended! 💜
