What an amazing place to visit.Sitting having lunch with big crocs swimming past was a great experience.Boat tour was very informative and so lose to the rocs jumping out of the water.Snake show was great but the best time on the day was the crocodile show.Definitely recommend a visit to this great place

Having been there at the same time last year I found the staff polite but undertrained and compared to the previous year nowhere near as professional! Our boat driver was clearly regurgitating a script which seemed to be a mix of other peoples ideas and jokes! The place was frantic and bursting at the seams with people and when things when wrong( tills going off line) there

It was great to see almost all of Australia's major animals. The only animal you won't find here is the platypus. Be careful though, there's no mobile phone signal here.
Thank you so much for the 5 star review. I will certainly let Hartley's Crocodile Adventures know about the platypus. Yes, unfortunately Hartley's is situated in Wangetti where this is a 'black spot' for mobile coverage, They do have a Telstra tower however other telecommunication services do not work in this area. Hope to see you again soon in Australia
The trip was excellent, and Tommy the bus driver was great. Seeing crocodiles up close was amazing. The price seems very steep once we got there and realised we could pay $44 per adult and $22 per child for entry, and that included everything. Would be good to be explicit that the majority of the trip fee is for being transported there and back.
Apologies for the late reply and this outcome for you. Your feedback was taken onboard and thank you for making the effort. Since then, we have separated the expense to give travelling passengers more options and transparency in what they are purchasing.
Everything was amazing, it's the best experience I have had. The only thing I didn't get to watch was the crocodile feed at 3pm. But I highly recommend to anyone who is going to Cairns or Port Douglas. I will definitely do this again 🥰👍

The experience at Hartleys was amazing, I highly recommend doing this activity however would not book through viator or any company. It is best to self drive to the location and purchase directly with Hartleys. The staff were incredible and extremely helpful. I was advised a pickup time of 4.45pm before entering the venue and the company was advised that there would be no reception so if anything were to change to contact the reception directly. The return transfer arrives at 4.15pm and was adamant that it was my fault, thankfully the reception was also present when being advised a 4.45pm pick up time. I was then awaiting a transfer from 4.45pm to 5.15pm. an uber arrived which then cancelled when I advised my drop off location as viator would not disclose my hotel and whether it was located in Cairns or Port Douglas. I then waited until 6.15pm for a private transfer (organised by Hartleys reception) to collect me. The horrible communication and huge delay with awaiting a transfer was not worth the money I paid to Viator. From having cancellations and rescheduled several times to then waiting from 4.45pm to 6.15pm for my transfer was not good enough. As a travel agent I would not recommend booking this service through viator.

This was a good trip. We enjoyed the boat ride and croc feeding! This is definitely worth checking out for solo or group travel.

It’s was well worth the price. The boat ride with crocs being fed. So good. The rest of the park was superb and the staff was super friendly
