Von Goathland Village aus sieht Greg Sie sicher auf der Dampfzugfahrt (einfache Fahrt) nach Whitby und wartet auf Sie am Bahnsteig, um Sie zu begrüßen, bevor Sie etwas Freizeit in der Stadt haben.
Ca. 2 Stunden in Whitby zu Ihrer freien Verfügung zu verbringen. Vielleicht möchten Sie Whitby Abbey besuchen, Fish and Chips essen oder einfach nur die Hafenatmosphäre von Fischerbooten entlang der großen Piers genießen.

Fabulous day out. Excellent guide. I particularly enjoyed going to byfeet abbey, Helmsley and the walk up to Whitby abbey. I even got back in time to catch evensong at the minster (they don’t mind you going in late!) A perfect day so would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful day. Saw some amazing and lovely places without the hassle of having to drive or find parking. Our guide Greg was lovely and very knowledgeable of the places we visited with plenty of local information that was very interesting. Timings were spot on and we would thoroughly recommend this tour for a day out.

First time we have visited North Yorkshire and what a fantastic time we had we booked on the steam train with the fish and chips service which was probably the best fish and chips we have had plenty of chips and the cod was massive and all freshly cooked, we also had the cream tea on the return journey and what a great time and experience we had would definitely do it again when we visit hear again.

An absolutely worthwhile way to see and experience North Yorkshire! If you're trying to decide between this and another similar tour, I can confidently say that going with a small group (max 7 people) was worth it. Greg is owner/operator and was a great guide and host. Highly recommend this tour!

Greg arrived on time at the allocates pick up point. Was very knowledgeable about the areas we travelled through and the history of events. Looked after us all very well. Saw places we would not have known were there so saw far more than if we have gone out alone
