Too hard. Too crowded in midtown to do some of these clues efficiently or sick enough where you aren’t being pushed by other pedestrians
Sorry you did not enjoy your Quest in Midtown Manhattan on New Year’s Day. That is one of the busiest days of the year and I think the crowds would be expected. We are happy to load your Quest again so that you can play the game on a weekend or other day. Just call us directly and we can manage the change.
Poor web design and support. Unable for two millennials to gain access, create log in and access the game. Never used tge game for which we paid. Frustrating.
Very odd- We are sorry about this but we've had hundreds of thousands of people navigate this without the challenges noted. Would love to fix if i knew what they were. Also, we clearly state that we have a Money Back Guarantee on our Website... Simply go to the site and follow the instructions or call us.
This activity was fun but it’s preferable to do it in the spring/summer. A lot of the outdoor places I had to go to were either blocked off or covered in snow.
Brrr. We agree that since this is an outdoor tour it is best played in weather suitable for 2 hours of walking and without lots of snow on the ground. If you call our customer service we would be happy to set you up with a different tour that you could play on a different day.
Total waste. Started adventure and by question number 2 my group gave up. Trivia questions were more of a google search. We didn't even bother continuing. Money wasted.
Sorry you did not enjoy the Quest after your first 10 minutes. Our Quests are designed to take you through a city and let you see some great sights while using or interacting with the various monuments. While a Quester may periodically use google to help solve a challenge, the vast majority of the games require being at the location and using the data or other information to solve the challenge. It is unfortunate that you didn’t give it a chance as 2,000+ Other ratings just can’t be wrong.
Fantastic experience - loved by natives and tourists alike! In our experience everyone learned something new, even those of us that lived here for years, although it is a more touristy experience. The questions are fun and challenging and the route really highlights the interconnected nature of Manhattan! We were a group ranging from 17-23 yo people. Although a perfect way to get to know Manhattan for families, the Quest might be more challenging for small children since the questions are of medium difficulty and require literacy. It was so fun we didn’t even notice all the walking! You can take two breaks during the challenge (which we did once to get dinner) which means you can do the Quest at your own pace without penalty! Again, could not recommend more!

It was a great experience. It definitely took you to places you wouldn’t generally notice. It was a lot of fun.
<p>This hunt takes you to places and sights that may have been overlooked. Its a real discovery tour. You go at your own pace. We did the hunt over two days. It can be done in all kinds of weather just dress warmly. Be aware that during the holiday season it may be difficult to start the tour in Times Square due to all the set up for New Years Eve. We called upon the security staff to assist with the first two clues that involve statues we could not get close to. Great for the family or group of friends. Only one person needs to purchase the tour for their phone. I bought for two but only needed one. Great way to see and experience New York! Something different and innovative. If you love Escape Room challenges, you will love this challenging while fun scavenger hunt!</p>
<p>What a fun experience! And a unique way to see some special sights in NYC. We wound our way around midtown looking at things many may overlook Mosaic at Rock Center, clock at Waldorf, Even if you have been to NYC before, take this tour!</p>
