Dies ist die erste und einzige Tour in New Orleans, die speziell für Reisende entwickelt wurde, die zeitgenössische Straßenkunst, lokale Geschichte und Stadterkundung lieben! Reiseverlauf
Wir treffen uns im St. Coffee in St. Claude, bevor wir uns auf einen fotogenen Spaziergang voller versteckter Straßenkunst und lokaler Kunstgeschichte begeben, der im 9., 8. und 7. Bezirk stattfindet. Die Gebiete, die wir im Bywater Historic District erkunden werden, liegen wirklich „abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade“ und werden weder in Reiseführern noch in Reisebüchern erwähnt. Während wir durch die Straße schlendern, werden Sie mit lokalen und reisenden Künstlern und den verschiedenen Medien bekannt gemacht, die für öffentliche Kunst verwendet werden.
Wir erfahren etwas über die lokale Kunstgeschichte und interpretieren ein Kunstwerk im St. Roch Historic District. Anschließend machen wir eine kurze Pause auf dem 149 Jahre alten St. Roch Market, wo die Gäste Zugang zu Gourmet-Snacks und Getränken haben ( (einschließlich Craft-Cocktails, Bier und Wein), kaltes Wasser und saubere Badezimmer.

Really good Street Art tour with Dave. It was nice to get out of the typical touristy areas of New Orleans. We also got a lot of history about the music and culture of jazz/new orleans, which was really interesting to learn. Also, the art is fantastic.

I’m so glad I happened upon someone online plugging this NOLA artwork as the highlight of their trip to the Big Easy. I can definitely second that opinion. Our guide, Dave, was laid back but certainly no slouch when it came to knowing his stuff and sharing his expertise in and love for the New Orleans street art and music scenes. We saw and learned about a side of the city we never would have discovered like that on our own. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I spent an enjoyable and very informative morning walking around New Orleans on our tour looking at a great variety of street art murals. Our guide gave us great information about the artist, their background, and where they predominantly lives and worked. He was knowledgeable and a g gave us a lot of great information. The variety of styles and themes of the murals that we saw during the morning varied greatly and further increased enjoyment the of the day.
Well designed and paced. I was the only one who showed up for the tour but they still honored my reservation and I got a private tour!
