Reiseverlauf

This was not a tour but merely a noisy bus ride to two cemeteries where we were dropped off to explore on our own followed by a long restroom break at a random restaurant. Zero history/stories shared. Take a different tour! I have been to many good tours in Nola, and this one was a huge disappointment.
Roy was EXCELLENT! He played awesome music, was extremely knowledgeable and had a great attitude. He was somehow able to control a bus full of rowdy drunken tourists and make sure everyone had a fun time. Highly recommend.
We took a taxi to the meeting spot and there was roadwork being done so we got dropped off behind it. Tour guide brought us to the 1st Cemetary and was very unclear about what we were doing. Showed us a few sites……I had a really hard time understanding him. We stopped for a potty break that lasted a LONG time!!!! The last Cemetary was very dark we got off the bus he showed us a grave with a bunch of cockroaches on it….with his flashlight! And then said to go roam around ourselves. It was dark out, my sister doesn’t own a smart phone and my flashlight on my phone wouldn’t work What the HELL!!! Maybe suggest people bring a flashlight or provide them. So basically we just stood by the bus. When he returned he drove us back to the pickup point, which was full of homeless people Henry needs to talk clearer and try giving more info or stories on his tours. That is why I would NOT recommend this tour to anyone I think with a clearer more informative guide this would have been great
This tour was one of our favourites, our driver, I’m sure his name was Roy was exceptional, he made it fun, interactive amongst other passengers and he also made it very spooky with his scary music. He used sage and Florida water on the bus for protection He totally brought this trip to life. We got some great spirit activity in the cemetery. He even had us all singing and dancing on the way home. Superb trip and worth every penny, if you are considering this trip, I would highly recommend it
What experience, bus was full so we had no transportation even tho we booked on 28th.driver said trip was over booked and we could wait around another 2 hours. We ask for a refund. I was told I would receive the refund in 2 days.
The description said there would be narration on the bus and three cemetery visits, but the tour was one cemetery, a stop at a cafe, and a visit to a big tree. There was no narration on the bus, only music. At the cemetery, burial methods were described, but there was no information on historical figures buried. The voodoo religion, and its syncretic New Orleans version were described in a sensationalized way, with some missing/wrong facts. The tour guide was kind, but for the length of time they’d been doing tours, I was surprised they hadn’t done deeper research on topics discussed. My impression was the guide and/or company are catering to low information, inebriated tourists, Do not recommend.
The guide was enthusiastic - however, the experience took us to one cemetery and a fueling tree. It was pretty short. I was a bit disappointed. We walked away saying — that was it? I have done a different one here in New Orleans that was way better. I do not recommend this one.
We have gone on a couple of tours and while the tour guide was great there wasn’t a lot of information about the history of the cemetery or about the paranormal. Also telling us to down load an app to do our investigation didn’t tell us how to use it. I have done others and they were more informative.
Kendall was great! Very informative. It was neat being allowed in a cemetery after dark. I think I even caught something on camera!
This was so fun, interactive and yes you will have activity in the cemetery definitely recommend, and our guide was great
