Treffpunkt ist in der Alpseestraße.2 in 87645 Schwangau an der öffentlichen Bushaltestelle. Parken (Parkgebühr nicht inklusive) in den gegenüberliegenden P3 und P1. Wenn du mit dem Bus anreist nutze die Linie 78,73 um 8:35 Uhr vom Bahnhof Füssen. Startzeit: 16.Oktober - 31. März ab 9:00 AM- 1.April - 15.Oktober 10:00 AM. Dein Voucher ist nur mit deinem Guide gültig. Nimm dein Voucher zur Tour mit. Gehe bitte nicht zum Ticket Center oder zum Schloss Eingang, du musst dein Voucher bei deinem Guide einlösen.Die Tour wird nur ab 10 Personen durchgeführt. Die Tour kann wegen unvorhersehbarer Krankheit abgesagt werden.
Dein persönlicher Guide empfängt dich in der Alpseestraße.2 in 87645 Schwangau an der öffentlichen Bushaltestelle. Danach geht es zum Shuttlebus sofern der Shuttlebus in Betrieb ist gemeinsam zur Marienbrücke (Mary’s Bridge) für beeindruckende Fotos mit Blick auf Schloss Neuschwanstein. Anschließend geht ihr gemeinsam zum Schloss. Unterwegs bekommst du spannende Einblicke in die Geschichte von König Ludwig II. Die Tickets sind bereits organisiert. Dein Guide begleitet dich zum Eingang und unterstützt dich beim Einscannen. Nachdem dich dein Guide bis zum Eingang begleitet hat verlässt er dich und es warten offizielle Guides des Schlosses auf dich für eine 35-minütige Führung mit Audioguide du brauchst also keine Sorgen haben. Alles ist für dich organisiert genießen das Erlebnis!!

Our guide was pleasant and informative. He made sure we had everything we needed to have a good time. I would recommend that you use him for your trip.
Augi was amazing. He met us at the bus, and led us through each leg of our tour carefully and with a lot of knowledge! He was very friendly and helpful, and recognized when the path was too strenuous for us. He told us where we could wait to rest and rejoin easily. Augi made a personal connection with everyone on the tour and I was very pleased. It was so nice to not worry about time deadlines or where to enter. I would fully recommend this tour!

We had a fantastic experience. Our tour guide, Augin, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He met us at the bus stop as mentioned in the getyourguide description. My family of 5 were the only people who booked the tour but Augin still gave us the tour instead of canceling it. He sat by us on the shuttle and gave us some great facts about the castle and surrounding area. When we stopped at the Queen Mary Bridge, he patiently took pictures and videos of us, making sure that we got the shots that we wanted. He was very kind and patient with our 3 kids under the age of 8. The views on the bridge were breathtaking! Definitely a must see if you visit Neuschwanstein Castle. The castle tour was short but vary informative. The interior is amazing. We loved every second of this experience.

Our tour to Neuschwanstein Castle was a lovely experience, especially thanks to our guide Augin. We were a small group of 4 people, which gave the tour a very personal and pleasant atmosphere. Augin accompanied us to the castle and guided us through the history surrounding King Ludwig II with a lot of expertise, calmness, and a friendly manner. He consistently pointed out interesting details and ensured that we always felt well-oriented and well-cared for. His friendly demeanor made the tour a thoroughly successful experience for us.
