Apparently the company and Viator do not communicate with each other at all. Our trip was first rescheduled then canceled without an opportunity to request a refund. Just been told to contact someone else everytime we ask.
Couldn’t see out the windows very spotty, I understand with it getting wet as it’s going to how ever it could be better, video before booking is nothing like the tour. For the price it wasn’t bad but wouldn’t do it again.
Boarding too disorganized , took long time and ask for paper tickets . Tour explanation only you can her on the back , not inside the boat.
Not organized at all and crew got mad when guests would ask questions since no instructions were given
This particular boat did not follow the pathway outlined in the description. We went to the Statue of Liberty and turned around, and did not go onto the east side of manhattan. There was no tour guide telling us what we saw. As we approached the dock, the music turned from pop music to hardcore explicit rap. There were probably 20 kids on board. Completely inappropriate.

The boat was extremely late and we never got on it. We ended up taking another boat around the city.
We apologize for the confusion regarding the departure. The vessel did operate as scheduled, however due to a private event there was an adjustment, and our sister boat honored your tickets at no additional charge. We’re glad you were still able to enjoy a cruise around the city, and no extra payment was required on your end. Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate your understanding.
Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. We waited over 2 hours in freezing cold weather just to be told nothing useful, and in the end we NEVER even got on the boat. There was zero communication, no updates, and no customer service whatsoever. We repeatedly tried calling and reaching out to someone for help and nobody answered us at all. After wasting our entire day standing outside in the cold, we requested a refund since no service was even provided, and they refused yet they had no issue leaving customers stranded with no information or assistance. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and dishonest. Save yourself the frustration, wasted money, and terrible treatment — DO NOT BOOK THIS
We’re sorry to hear about your experience, however the cruise did operate that evening and boarding was completed through our check-in staff at the departure location. There was a check-in representative available to assist guests, so we are not sure where the confusion may have occurred. We always recommend checking in with the staff at the pier directly upon arrival so we can properly assist and direct guests to the correct vessel.
When we arrived at the stated time, the reception desk had no reference of us attending the 6pm cruise. It was difficult to find out why. I later (5 hrs later) received an email stating due to dockwoork, the sailing had been caceled and alternative times offered for the next day. As we were leaving Manhattan at 7am the next morning, these were totally unsuitable. Also as the cruise ship was already being filled, it was quite clear that no dockwork was affecting the 6pm sailing. I and my family are very disappointed with the failure of Viator/Tripadvisor to ensure that we could all experience this 6pm cruise sailing. I originally booked via Tripadvisor. I will not use either of them going forward.

Booked this through Viator. The Manhattan Skyline Cruise Co never received payment for Viator. I called Viator 40 minutes before the cruise and the customer rep was unable to assist me so I had to book the cruise directly through the cruise company, meaning I had to double pay. Working with Viator to hopefully get a refund.

This is NOT a night tour. Inacurate advertisement. Company will not answer the phone or reply to emails. Staff is not welcoming. Only the VIP section has clean windows. The bottom deck for general admission has very dirty windows which do not help when trying to take pictures. Tripped on an uneven floor with no safety sign. Tour narrator was nice.
