Reiseverlauf

The tour itself and the tour guide Roy were great! Very educational and interesting, the graveyards are beautiful. It’s New Orleans, so even at 5:00 the other people on our guide were obnoxiously drunk and disrespectful. Our guide did his best to keep things moving along, but these people were awful. The only thing I did not like was the music blasting on the bus.
Bob was awesome and a great story teller stopped at a park and the Masonic Cemetery. Bring your own bottle was a nice touch
Kendall gave us the best tour. He was very knowledgeable, he genuinely cared about the city of New Orleans and it showed through his presentation. He was entertaining, and an all around pleasure. On the way back, he even dropped up off at our hotel and saved us the cab fare. His presentation at the Dual Sight was topnotch, and it was fun and informative to watch. At the cemetery, explaining about Katrina, and the effect it had on the cemetery, the myths and superstitions, as well as the ghost pictures were amazing. Kendall is the best!!
It was ok. Not what i was expecting. Only went into 1 cemetery. Nothing paranormal about it. Was not spooky AT ALL. I felt like the tour was more about the history of burials in NOLA. Would not do it again & would not recommend either.
Christian was a very good tour guide for our cemetery tour tonight! Very funny and thorough with the details of the city and its history.
We only entered one cemetery and the tour guide, Bob the undertaker, spent about 45 minutes just talking about the masons and the Shriners, etc. etc. etc. it was truly the most boring tour I’ve ever been on and that sentiment was shared by the entire group
Where do I start? The tour bus accident? And then The tour guide leaving us on the corner of the street after the accident because he was late to his next tour. He said so sorry but I’m late! It was 10:23 right before the accident and he was late due to him pulling over to talk (rant) nonstop about Katrina. While I do feel for him and the tragedy that occurred, it was a bit too much and lasted too long. Not to mention the lack of facts regarding the city or even Katrina for that matter.. it was nonstop incoherent rambling
Enjoyed the tour with Henry. Learned some interesting historical facts about burials in Nee Orleans. Even got to stop for beignets.
We had a great time and Henry was a fun guide! Info. was very interesting and I wouldn’t change it, only add more ghost stories.
We enjoyed our guide, Bob the undertaker. He was quite the storyteller and certainly a story, and when it came to things around New Orleans. He showed us how to talk to ghosts which really worked and gave us a lot of historical background. I would definitely recommend it. You learn a lot about the cemeteries and how people are buried here.
