Zu Beginn der Tour besichtigen wir den Tempel Angkor Wat und den dortigen Sonnenuntergang. Dieser riesige Tempel wurde im frühen 12. Jahrhundert von König Suryavarman 2 erbaut. Angkor Wat hat drei Ebenen mit fünf Haupttürmen. Angkor Wat ist zum Nationalsymbol Kambodschas geworden und findet sich sogar auf der Nationalflagge, da es die Seele des Landes symbolisiert. Als nächstes besuchen wir den Ta-Prohm-Tempel, bekannt als Tomb Raider-Tempel, dessen Baum den Tempel bedeckt. Anschließend besuchen wir die Stadt Angkor Thom, die Elefantenterrasse und den Bayon-Tempel und halten am Südtor der Stadt Angkor Thom. Zuletzt werden wir den Sonnenuntergang am Berg Phnom Bakheng sehen.

Wir werden den Angkor Wat Tempel von außen und im Inneren des Tempels sehen und dabei die Geschichte unseres örtlichen erfahrenen Reiseführers kennenlernen. Dieser Tempel steht für Kambodscha und ist auf der Flagge Kambodschas abgebildet.
Wir werden den Ta-Prohm-Tempel von außen und im Inneren des Tempels mit einer Lernerfahrung durch unseren lokalen Reiseleiter sehen. Dieser Tempel ist als Baumtempel bekannt.
Wir werden den Bayon-Tempel von außen und im Inneren des Tempels mit einer Lernerfahrung durch unseren örtlichen erfahrenen Reiseleiter sehen. Dieser Tempel ist mit seinen Gesichtern wirklich berühmt.
Es heißt Tonle Oum. Diese Stadt hat 5 Tore wie das Südtor, das Geistertor oder das Tor der Toten, das Siegtor, das Dei Chhnang-Tor oder das Nordtor und das Tötungstor. Diese Stadt hat 3 Kilometer pro Seite.
Der Berg Bakheng liegt in der Nähe des Tempels Angkor Wat. Es liegt etwa 1,5 Kilometer nordwestlich von Angkor Wat. Es handelt sich um einen hinduistischen Tempelberg, der Shiva gewidmet ist und im 9. Jahrhundert von König Yasovarman I. erbaut wurde. Er ist der älteste Tempel im Archäologischen Park Angkor und eine der beliebtesten Touristenattraktionen in Kambodscha. Der Tempel ist auf einem 79 Meter hohen Hügel erbaut und verfügt auf der obersten Ebene über fünf Sandsteinheiligtümer. Die Heiligtümer sind in einem Quincunx-Muster angeordnet, mit einem in der Mitte und einem an jeder Ecke des Ebenenquadrats. Der Tempel ist außerdem von 108 kleinen Türmen umgeben, die größtenteils eingestürzt sind. Phnom Bakheng ist ein beliebter Ort für die Beobachtung des Sonnenuntergangs, da es einen Panoramablick auf den Archäologischen Park Angkor bietet. Es ist auch ein beliebter Ort, um den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten, aber die Aussicht ist nicht so gut wie in Angkor Wat. Wenn Sie den Archäologischen Park Angkor besuchen, empfehle ich Ihnen, Phnom Bakheng am späten Nachmittag zu besuchen, um den Sonnenuntergang einzufangen.

I had an incredible experience exploring Angkor Wat with Sun as my private guide. Thom was a wonderful guide, he was welcoming and friendly, spoke English very well and was very knowledgeable on his subject. We really enjoyed the tour, Thom had a very good sense of humour and we had good fun. One of our party of three had some difficulty with mobility, he adapted the tour to suit us all. Afternoon tour was hot…midday was 95*. A lot of steps & walking/hiking for us in our 70s. Sun was informative & patient.

I did the Angkor Wat temples tour by bicycle. It was fantastic. We started out from the Empress Angkor Wat Resort & Spa, rode to Angkor Wat temple, followed by Ta Prohm (aka Tomb Raider) Temple, followed by Bayon Temple then back to Empress in Siem Reap. All in all, the tour took around 6Hrs including a stop for lunch at a nice local restaurant. Distance wise it was approximately 35km of riding, all easy flat and mostly paved. I am a keen cyclist, and typically seek out bike tours when I visit places, this one was great. Besides the riding, Mr Chuop was an excellent guide. I learned a lot about Khmer history and the temples. Thom from "Travel to Inspire" tours was also great, proactively contacting me days before the tour to confirm bike size and pickup arrangements. I highly recommend this tour!

We took this amazing tour yesterday. Was fantastic, very puntual well organized and caring with details. Water and soft drinks in the car. Cold towels after the visits. Sophi, our guide, is awesome. He speaks Spanish very well. Al the time explaining the sites with high enthusiasm. 5 stars !!
