guide very knowledgeable. Little communication about mishaps….he left us at Jefferson and we were walking around looking for him. no explanation was given. Also, the reason I picked this tour was to see the Marine corps. we never got there. no explanation. the drop off and pick up point was close to nothing….

The nighttime tour is a great way to see the monuments. Some are better viewed than others based on the lighting. The guide we had, Smokey, was excellent. You are able to get some beautiful pictures.

This was a 'bucket list' item for me. My teenage kids loved it as well. Seeing the monuments lit up at night was almost "magical". The MLK Memorial and Jefferson Memorials are fantastic. We had the BESt tour guide possible with Mr. Kareem. He was very knowledgable, and even "quizzed" us on various trivia about the Presidents and America History...what fun! He also knew little secrets about some of the Memorials that you won't read about in the History Books. For me, visiting the WWII and Iwo Jima Memorials was the most heartfelt, since you get a real sense of just how terrible and tragic those conflicts were. I would highly recommend this nighttime tour for anyone who wants a highlight to their Wash DC trip....Try to get Mr. Kareem if you can...IMHO, he is the BEST!
Dear Carl, Thank you so much for this incredible review! We’re honored that our Washington, D.C. Nighttime Tour was part of your bucket-list experience and that your teenagers enjoyed it as well. We’re especially grateful for your kind words about Mr. Kareem. His passion for history, fun trivia, and the lesser-known stories behind our monuments is exactly what makes the experience so special. We’ll be sure to share your compliments with him—being called the “BEST” tour guide is an incredible honor! We’re also glad the WWII and Iwo Jima Memorials made such a meaningful impression. Those sites carry powerful stories and sacrifices that deserve to be remembered. Thank you for highly recommending RSN Tours and for encouraging others to experience Washington, D.C. at night. We hope to see you and your family again on your next visit! RSN Tours — Discover the History. Experience the Capital. Make the Memories.
