Providing a welcoming and transparent experience for every guest is very important to us, and we take your comments regarding the ticket pricing, refund process, customer service, and shop pricing seriously. Regarding the points you raised: Mythos Mozart is located at the site where Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart passed away, where his final apartment once stood. We are sorry if the information provided during your visit caused any confusion. While the original building was replaced in the 1840s, the location itself is historically significant. Regarding the refund process, our ticketing system only allows a full refund of a ticket rather than a partial price adjustment. For that reason, our team offered to refund the adult ticket in full so that the correct youth ticket could be purchased instead. Adult tickets are valid from the age of 19. Thank you for pointing out that this could be communicated more clearly. We will update our ticket information to state that youth tickets are valid for guests aged 6 to 18 years. One of our five experience rooms features an artwork by internationally renowned media artist Refik Anadol, who intentionally uses artificial intelligence to explore how AI might "dream" of Mozart after learning from the available data about his life and work. The room shown in your photo, however, is not AI generated but consists of handcrafted animations created specifically for the experience. Finally, we will review the pricing of all shop items to ensure that the displayed prices correspond with those in our checkout system. If there was a discrepancy, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will correct it. Thank you again for your feedback.
