Mykonische Farmerfahrung
Beschreibung
Das Abenteuer beginnt mit der Fahrt durch das Zentrum der Insel, die die Stadt (Hora) von Mykonos mit dem Dorf Ano Mera verbindet. Dort erreichen wir die Mykonian Farm und werden vom Superintendenten der Farm begrüßt, der uns durch das Gebiet zu einer Besichtigung der Räumlichkeiten führt. Wir werden dann zu einem speziell eingerichteten Sitzbereich geführt, wo der Sommelier des Bauernhofs die Verkostung von drei prestigeträchtigen lokalen Weinen vorstellt, durch die wir nicht nur grundlegende Verkostungstechniken lernen, sondern auch die unterschiedlichsten Mischungen Griechenlands entkorken und genießen. Gleich danach beginnt die Kochvorführung einiger der traditionellsten Gerichte Griechenlands, bei der die Gäste lernen, zwei berühmte griechische Gerichte zuzubereiten. Je nach Teilnehmerzahl helfen die Gäste abwechselnd dem Gastgeber bei der Zubereitung des Essens. Unmittelbar danach wird das Mittagessen serviert, das aus den beiden Gerichten der Vorführung und einigen weiteren lokalen Gerichten besteht.

Beinhaltet: - Hofbesichtigung, ca. 30-45 Minuten - Weinprobe von 3 Weinsorten, 60–90 Minuten - Kochdemonstration auf 2 Gerichten, 60–90 Minuten - Abendessen: 60 Minuten Die Zeiten sind ungefähr. Der Rest der Zeit ist Freizeit auf dem Bauernhof.

Transfers von/zu allen Hotels und den meisten Gegenden von Mykonos sind inbegriffen; Für einige abgelegene Orte (Elia, Kalafatis, Agrari, Panormos, Super Paradise, Paradise und Kanalia) oder von abgelegenen Villen, Apartments oder Häusern wird jedoch ein Aufpreis berechnet (10,00 Euro pro Person R/T). , zahlbar in bar vor Ort beim Fahrer.

If you ever want to know what is hidden in the stuffed dumplings, then I recommend a trip to the farm. Under very nice instructions with a lot of fun (and snacking) we were able to prepare them there ourselves, and of course also eat them. After a wine tasting and tour of the farm with also a lot of fun, we had our cooked food in great surroundings for shooting. It was a nice afternoon. Thanks to the farm team.
It was really fantastic with all the nice people there. We felt welcome from the first step we went into the farm restaurant.🥰 The food was really delicious and a lot 🙂🫶 I also was allowed to be with the chef on the bbq grill to roast some bread to our Tzatziki 😁 Would defonitely come back if our plane would not depart tomorrow. Nice visit to a small farm. Animals penned ip due to season but they were so cute. Nice organic lunch with their own wine. Not much here though.
We stopped here as part of our excursion on our NCL cruise. The farm is absolutely adorable, and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, it felt very rushed, and we didn’t have a whole lot of time there. We were told we could sample the wines, which made it sound like it was included, but it was not. There was spanakopita , donuts, cheese pie, and more to sample. You had to pay for everything and it wasn’t expensive, but it seemed like it might’ve been included. They had one worker on the counter with our large group so by the time I got my stuff I had to drink my wine very quickly to go to our next part of our tour. There’s animals to see, and you can actually see the grapes vines. Very cool place but wish we had more time to relax and enjoy it more.
It was a great experience. My husband was the only man on this cooking demo tour and got to participate in making tzatziki and won the "competition", LOL. The wine tasting was a great experience even though I am not a real wine drinker, I did enjoy one of them. The lunch provided was great and the whole experience was entertaining. I participated in the dancing and everyone was just so friendly.
