Setzen Sie Ihre Unterstützungsstufe niedrig und trainieren Sie etwas oder lassen Sie das Fahrrad die ganze Arbeit erledigen und sehen Sie den gesamten Park schweißfrei.
Der Myakka Canopy Walkway bietet einfachen Zugang, um das Leben in den Baumwipfeln einer Eichen-/Palmen-Hängematte zu beobachten. Als Freiluftlabor für Forschung und Lehre ist es auch ein Ort der Entdeckung und bietet Besuchern die Möglichkeit, Kronenbewohner aus nächster Nähe zu sehen. Diese im Jahr 2000 fertiggestellte Struktur ist der erste öffentliche Baumwipfelpfad in Nordamerika. Der Gehweg ist 25 Fuß über dem Boden aufgehängt und erstreckt sich 100 Fuß durch das Hängemattendach. Der höhere Turm erhebt sich 74 Fuß in die Luft und bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf Baumwipfel, Feuchtgebiete und die Prärie/Hängematten-Schnittstelle. Sie können auf Adler, Falken, Geier und die Wipfel lebender Eichen und Sabalpalmen herabblicken.
Sie werden von unseren Guides begrüßt, wo Sie umgehend eine gründliche Erklärung der Elektrofahrräder und aller Sicherheitsprotokolle erhalten. Dann ging es los, um Floridas größten State Park zu erkunden! Der majestätische Myakka-Fluss fließt durch 58 Quadratmeilen riesige unberührte Feuchtgebiete, Prärien, Hängematten und Pinienwälder, wo wir garantiert zahlreiche Hirsche, Alligatoren (in sehr sicherer Entfernung), Vögel und vieles mehr sehen werden! Met our guide Derek just near entrance to the park. Had a quick chat about the bikes and the route and away we went with another couple. What followed was two and a half hours of the most entertaining biking we have ever done. Visited and walked over the Canopy Walkway, went on and off road looking for all the animals and birds in the area. Derek was the perfect guide, knowledgeable and amusing, with saddle bags full of chilled water! Would recommend this tour 100%.
Met our guide Derek at the ranger station at entrance to Myakka State Park. Had a quick chat about the bikes and the route. And then off we went for an exhilarating ride through the park on and off road. Two and a half hours of the most enjoyable time we can remember riding E-bikes that were perfect for this experience. All helped admirably by Derek who was the perfect guide. Would definitely recommend this 100%.
The park was vast and riding on E bikes was great fun. Our tour guide, Derek, was passionate about his role and shared unique stories, took amazing photos, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. Climbing and crossing the wooden bridge was memorable and you could see the entire park from the top. Great family experience, so grateful.

We had the absolute best time on this. Our tour guide Derek, made sure everything was ready and we all were comfortable on the bikes before we left the starting point. He was very knowledgeable during our tour snd gave us insights on the park and answrred any questions we had. He even laughed with us which made things less awkward during the tour. Would do again when we visit.
This tour was absolutely awesome! Our tour guide, Derek was amazing! He made sure all of the bikes were ready to go before we began, he even adjusted as needed during the trip. He was knowledgable and so much fun all during the excursion. The state park is beautiful and we saw a few alligators as well as other birds and wildlife. The e-bikes were a blast and out family (including teenagers) had the BEST time!

The best way to experience the true natural beauty of Florida wilderness. Derek was an incredible guide with a great sense of humor. The group was nine including Derek and made small talk amongst everyone easy. Ran about 3 hours total including the canopy walk and tower (don’t miss the tower!). The ebike is the perfect way to see the expansive park, miles of trails and wildlife. What a value for the money! This was a highlight of our trip. I can’t wait to come back and do the beach ride and visit their shop. Thanks Derek!
