They have sent me plenty of reminders from the trip time, driver details, booking details, additional rental equipment (mt. buller clothing & shoes, ski rentals) and keep reminding thru all means (e-mail, whatsapp, txt message). the trip was nice and the experience is very nice as the kids enjoy the snow so much as only the drive back home is taking a bit longer time but overall experience was very nice

The female driver was very professional despite such long hours. The pickup was so early before sunrise and drop off well after sunset. But well worth the trip if you’re into skiiing.
The bus left on time and we even got there 30 minutes early! The bus was okay, nothing fancy. Tony was really helpful, he kept us updated on where we were and what to expect. On the way back, the bus was on time again. The driver was going pretty fast, but I didn't mind. We got back to the hotel at 8 pm. I'd definitely recommend this to others!
