Bei der Lares MTB-Enduro-Tour haben Sie die Möglichkeit, mit dem Fahrrad durch Andenlandschaften abzufahren, in denen wir die beliebtesten Kamelidenfarmen der Region, Alpakas, Lamas und Guanakos, beobachten können. Genießen Sie das Radfahren in den Anden.
Sie können zwei verschiedene Strecken mit dem Fahrrad zurücklegen, mit zertifizierter Fahrradausrüstung, um Ihre Sicherheit zu gewährleisten, und vollgefederten Fahrrädern in Santa Cruz – die Marke Hightower 2021 garantiert Ihren Komfort beim Abstieg. ERSTE ETAPPE – LARES 15,2 KM
Um unser Abenteuer zu beginnen, holt Sie gegen 8:00 Uhr ein Auto von Ihrem Hotel ab. Wir fahren in Richtung Heiliges Tal, in die Stadt Calca und dann weiter in Richtung Lares-Tal. Die Fahrt bis zum Gipfel des Berges, wo wir mit dem Abstieg beginnen, dauert etwa 2:30 Stunden.
Am Gipfel angekommen erklärt Ihnen unser Guide die Route und stellt Ihnen Schutzausrüstung zur Verfügung. Nach dem Sicherheitsgespräch haben Sie die Möglichkeit, auf einem sandigen Abhang mit guter Steigung zu starten (Freeride). Wenn Sie sich in Ihrer Technik sicher fühlen, können Sie diese Etappe wählen, andernfalls besteht die Möglichkeit, einen einfacheren Abschnitt zu nehmen.
Wir fahren durch Gelände mit hoher Geschwindigkeit und Hindernissen wie Wasserkanälen, einigen Treppenabschnitten und guten Kurven, die uns zurück in die Stadt Calca führen. Wir machen einige Umwege abseits der befahrbaren Strecke, bevor wir uns wieder dem Wanderweg anschließen. In Calca genießen wir unser Lunchpaket und setzen dann den neuen Weg fort.

ZWEITE ETAPPE – ANKASMARKA 5 KM
Nachdem wir Lares erreicht haben, kehren wir auf derselben Straße zurück zur archäologischen Stätte Ankasmarka, die für ihre Lebensmittelbehälter und Reservoirs aus der Zeit vor den Inkas und den Inkas bekannt ist. Wir umrunden diese Container und steigen dann die Treppe hinunter in die Stadt Calca.
Unterwegs stoßen wir auf flüssige Abschnitte und Steigungen, die das Erlebnis noch spaßiger machen, sowie auf eine Kurvenzone, die Ihre Fahrtechnik auf die Probe stellt. Wir erreichen die Gemeinde Totora und von dort aus geht es auf der Autopiste bergab, die sich über Pfade schlängelt, bis wir die Stadt Calca erreichen und unser Enduro-Abenteuer im Lares-Tal abschließen. Gegen 15 Uhr kehren wir nach Cusco zurück.

Biking in the Sacred Valley
We had an excellent experience biking the maras and moray trail in the sacred valley with Explorinka!! Our guide Jimi was EXCELLENT and we had such a great time. The lunch experience in the local village was incredible too. 10/10 I would recommend this to everyone!

Amazing Maras-Moray tour on MTB!
We absolutely loved our one-day MTB tour of Maras Moray. Not only did we get to explore the two sites, we also got to ride through breathtaking fields, hillsides and villages. We were accompanied by two excellent guides and were impressed by their knowledge of the area and their ability to adapt the tour to our group which had various levels of riders. This is truly the best way to get to know the Sacred Valley!

14 days riding in the region of Cusco
We had the most fun trip to Cusco with Explorinka.
14 days of mountain biking and guided tours through the different landscapes of the Cusco region.
From landing at Cusco airport until our departure, the trio Erick, Miguel and Johan provided us with incredible and very friendly service. Always attentive and ready to make changes according to your needs, the weather or even fatigue.
They adapt to all situations, even the most complex.
The equipment is of very good quality. They can repair any broken bike and allow you to continue enjoying your vacation.
They are also excellent tour guides, which allows you to visit Peru while having fun on the trails. If you are looking to visit Peru in a less conventional way, you will not be disappointed with Explorinka.

The best Mountain Biking trip in the Andes
I had an amazing experience with Explorinka.
We did 14 days with my brother and a group of friends and Erick was helping us create the trip that fits exactly with our skills and what we wanted to do.
To say the least, the guides are lovely and sooo knowledgeable! We had a bunch of mechanicals during the trip and my god, I have never seen anyone being able to repair a wheel that well on a trail.
They take care of literally everything, hooked us up with some extremely nice hotels, provided super high end bikes very well maintained and they made sure the trip was just a blast from the moment they picked us up at the airport to the last restaurant with more than a few nice surprises!
So if you are looking for an awesome group of guides to go mountain biking in the jaw dropping Andes, look no further.
Thanks so much to Erick, Miguel and Johan for bringing us to the best places on earth!

Alternative experience in Cusco highly recommended for its beauty and for the service offered
In my case I opted for a private tour of Lares and the service offered was unbeatable, the staff came to pick me up from the hotel and return me later, at all times I was accompanied and both explanations were offered about the different sections to be made and very interesting sociocultural details, the equipment offered was of the highest quality and fully adjusted and in perfect condition, the route otherwise fantastic according to the expectations I had, certainly highly recommended this alternative experience in Cusco
