Eine Meditationswanderung bei Sonnenaufgang entlang der San Jacinto Mountains, die von Palm Springs zu einem Rastplatz mit dramatischem Blick auf das Coachella Valley führt. Sie werden den Sonnenaufgang über den Indian Canyons beobachten und in einer geführten Meditation zusammenkommen, um eine fundierte Absicht für den Tag zu haben. Wir begrüßen uns am Ausgangspunkt South Lykken. Während wir den Weg etwa eine Meile zu unserem Meditationsplatz wandern, lauschen wir der natürlichen Schönheit des Oswitz Canyon. Ich werde Sie durch eine Erdungsmeditation führen, um Ihnen zu helfen, Ihre Absicht für den Tag festzulegen und Ihre Verbindung zur Erde und zum Universum anzuerkennen. Really special - Timothy is a wonderful guide, the hike and meditation was a great way to celebrate my partners birthday. Highly recommend this experience
Timothy provided an excellent hike and meditation. It is obvious he is experienced in guiding lots of people with varied levels of fitness. The meeting point was easy to find so we could then go to the trailhead. Timothy also creates an intentional schedule to allow plenty of time to stop and take in the environment while also getting frequent water breaks. We arrived at the top right on time for sunrise. The guided meditation was also wonderful. On the way down we were treated to two Big Horn Sheep on the trail, they were magnificent. 10/10!

I enjoyed the early morning hike surrounded by mountains siloutted in the twilight and the stars sparkling all around. Facing the morning sun as it crested the mountain, I felt like I was beginning my day with a special gift and a secret afforded only to those willing to rise early. The grounding meditation was purposeful, peaceful, and professional. Timothy patiently answered my questions about the area and geology. I recommend this activity.

This was the most wonderful experiences I’ve had in a long time. Timothy is an amazing guide and person. The hike to the top, the sunrise, the birds, the stillness and solitude. I came away from this experience with more peace and tranquility I’ve felt in a long time as primary caregiver to my husband, with MS. Whatever your situation is, don’t miss this one. Timothy, I’ll definitely be back to do this again next time I’m in Palm springs.

Timothy is an accomplished “spiritual guide”. He has not only been practicing meditation since childhood but his own life experiences have enhanced to talk about “metaphors of life”. Must do! This was such a beautiful way to start the day. Timothy ensured we were safe to take the trek and then led us up with paused to catch our breath and to share what we were seeing or some history/context. The meditation was very accessible to novices and amazing way to experience the site. What a great way to see a different view of the valley!
