Der Mount Sibayak ist ideal für Anfänger und bietet eine relativ kurze Wanderung mit atemberaubendem Blick auf das Karo-Hochland. Vom Gipfel aus können Sie atemberaubende Landschaften, frische Luft und sogar andere nahegelegene Berge genießen. Lau Sidebukdebuk (Heiße Quelle), am Fuße des Berges Sibayak im Dorf Semangat Gunung gelegen, ist eine natürliche Sehenswürdigkeit mit Wassertemperaturen von 40 - 45 °C. Das Schwefelwasser der heißen Quelle mit etwa 16 % Schwefelgehalt fließt durch Risse in der Lava vom Berg Sibayak.

A highly recommended guide—professional, friendly, kind, and polite, with great knowledge of the natural surroundings. He does more than just guide; he shares many local stories and is truly responsible. We were very satisfied and will definitely look for him to guide our future trips. Our children really enjoyed having him as a guide; they felt safe and comfortable because he was so patient with them. A wonderful morning! We started with the ascent of Mount Sibayak at night to watch the sunrise. I had good weather, so it was an incredible experience! The guide is great; he has a lot of knowledge about the volcano as well as the region, the plants, the culture, and his country. Very enriching! We finished the morning at the hot springs with a very beautiful view of the surrounding landscapes. I recommend it 100%!

We took our friends from out of town to Sibayak to experience its gorgeous sunrise. And Nusan is the only guy I trust to bring us up there, as I had previously hired him before. He will walk at your pace, choose the safest path, and prepare you a light breakfast. He is also very knowledgeable with the plants and history of the area. Highly recommended!

Se contacted Nusa, the owner, vía whatsapp and all was súper smooth and perfectly organized. We hiked with two girls aged 7 and Nusa always made sure that they are comfortably and enjoying. He showed us also a lot of plants - including carnivourous - and shared his knowledge about medicinal plants. Later we relaxed in the hotsprings. After this Nusa gave us a stroll through the local market and brought us to a nice Restaurant. A perfect day- I can totally recommend. We also booked a transfer to Batu Katak with the agency and again really perfect. The Minibus is new and confortable- the driver Gabriel made the trip unforgatable- brinhing along a karaoke.

Nusan is an experienced guide who will take you to the summit easily. He knows where to go to get the best views and will show you interesting things such as plants or various parts of the crater. In addition, you can ask him to take you to other places in the vicinity, such as foothills of Mount Sinabung including the abandoned village.

Had an amazing first time hike experience in Indonesia with Nusan, our very friendly & sporting guide! Made the whole hike more entertaining with his jokes & loved how he shared some fun facts about the place too. Got to even drink hot tea & coffee which tasted real good especially with the additional view at the top of the mountain. Definitely recommended for those who want a seamless experience during their hike!
