Treffen Sie Ihren Reiseleiter am ausgewiesenen Treffpunkt am Bahnhof und begeben Sie sich mit dem öffentlichen Elektrobus nach Kriens, nur 10 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
Kriens ist die bevölkerungsmässig drittgrösste Gemeinde und die zweitgrösste Stadt des Schweizer Kantons Luzern. Sie liegt am Fusse des Pilatus und grenzt im Osten an Luzern. Ein kurzer Spaziergang führt Sie zur Seilbahnstation der Pilatus-Gondelbahn.
Sie steigen in eine der Luftseilbahnen (in der Schweiz als Gondel bezeichnet) und saugen über Krienseregg nach Fräkmüntegg. Die Fahrzeit beträgt 20 Minuten.
Bei der Fräkmüntegg steigen Sie in die 60er-Gondelbahn für die letzte Bergfahrt um. Die Fahrzeit beträgt 6 Minuten.
Ankunft an der Bergstation Pilatus Kulm, wo sich auf dem aussichtsreichen Hausberg eine Aussichtsterrasse, eine Panoramagalerie und zwei Berghotels befinden. Besuchen Sie mehrere Attraktionen am Pilatus wie die Drachengalerie, den Aussichtspunkt, die Aussichtsterrassen und die Multimedia-Präsentation. Nach dem Mittagessen und der Besichtigung fahren Sie auf demselben Weg mit der Gondel zurück nach Luzern.
Die Krienseregg ist perfekt für Familien. Im vielseitigen Naherholungsgebiet finden Sie markierte, abwechslungsreiche Rundwanderwege und große Rastplätze
Steigen Sie in den Elektrobus für die 10-minütige Fahrt nach Luzern, wo Sie an Bord des Bürgenstock-Shuttle-Katamarans gehen.

We were disappointed that the Tram car to the top of Mt. Pilatus was closed due to weather. But the rest of the tour was very informative. Our guide Anycia was exceptional and very knowledgeable. We will highly recommend her and Viator to friends traveling in the area. One suggestion: in the write-up for the tour, it would be nice to get an idea of the length of walking times and the terrain walked on. This would help seniors and other with walking limitations decide if the tour is right for them.
Thank you for the feedback. Due to the strong winds, the cableway could not operate and we adopted your tour (beside you got the full refund and with this a free tour) that you have at least something to see. Normally in this tour the walk through the city is not part of the tour.
Our guide was Domenico & he was awesome! He sent me a text the night before with info on where to meet him with a picture of the location. It ended up being just the 3 of us so it was like a private tour. The trip up the mountain on the cog rail was very cool. It had snowed up there the weekend before so that made it even more beautiful! After we got back to Lucerne he offered to walk us around the city and show us really interesting places. He was so knowledgeable about the entire area of Lucerne. He made sure we got on the correct train back to Basel when we were done. He really went above and beyond to make our day in Lucerne awesome!!!

The visit on Mount Pilatus was enjoyable and our guide provided a lot of information. However, now I consider the amount paid for the tour as extremely expensive. Had we taken the same bus (public transport) used by the tour leader and bought tickets up the mountain and back, and tickets for the boat ride, we would have paid almost half the cost paid for this tour!
It is described, that we take the public bus in Winter. Swiss people don´t drive for 10 minutes, when there is a public transportation. I don´t think that you would have paid half of the price at your own, as we have special fares for the cableway and the boad. And think about: The tourguide is paid, noone works for free. 2nd thing: you paid for a small group tour and according our recordings you have been the only guests on that tour. So you got a private tour for the price of a group tour. For sure we can lower the prices, then travellers would have 40 others in the group. Finally, you are in Switzerland. It is a high price country - something that affects tours, tickets, salarys etc. Kind regards
Phenomenal experience! Cable car up to the mountain and the views already made the tour worth it. Tour guide was great, one of our favorite parts of our Switzerland trip. Highly recommend!

This tour was the highlight of our vacation! We planned our Viking extension to Lucerne on our own. We had no problem meeting our guide who was early at the train station. We didn’t know we needed a bus pass from our Hotel but he worked out the issue.. The sun was shining once we were above the clouds! We loved the leisurely walking day.
